Incompetent people kept me in the store for 6 hours and were never able to get the internet I purchased for my business to work. This is an authorized dealer. I do not recommend doing anything here. It's better to go to the store in Destin, which is 7 miles further, and they can actually help you. A complete waste of time, and the only thing they say is that the people on the other end of the phone are incompetent.

We entered the store and one other customer was there and an associate was working with him. The staff member greeted us and asked what they could do for us. We stated our problem and he repeated it and went back to assisting the customer with whom he was was working. There were apparently 2 other staff members in the store. One sitting in a chair and one in the back. We waited 12 minutes without being further acknowledged. After 12 minutes the only staff member working went to the back to tell another associate that there were customers out front. Minutes later we were finally assisted with our problem.

To start with, he slammed my account (wireless industry jargon for screwing someone over). With features I explicitly said I don’t want. Then he manages to mess up my business line so bad, I had to call customer care and spend nearly 5 hours to get this simple issue resolved. His name is Pedro or something. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had.
