Our grandkids love this place. They take classes here. They rake both gymnastics classes and Ninja classes. They have also had birthday parties here. Two thumbs up!!!

Our daughter has been on the competitive team with US Gold since 2019. Their coaching staff is top notch, and we have been enormously satisfied with how well our daughter has been not only coached and trained, but also mentored and cared for by these coaches. There is not a single other gym in this area I would want to send my kid to. As it is, the military is making us move, and probably one of our top 3 greatest sadnesses about leaving the area is having to leave this gym.

This is the first year our daughter has been on team and we are blown away with how much she has learned in a year, not only physically but mentally. The discipline and leadership that's being instilled in her is phenomenal. The coaches truly care about the athletes while continuing to hold them accountable to their highest abilities. We love this gym so much!

Our family loves this gymnasium. The coaches are great and they are really organized with several groups of kids. The place feels very clean and is well maintained. A special shout-out to Coach Candace. She is exceptional, a perfect balance of being structured and enforcing manners while still understanding that they're children and need to have fun without fear of certain apparatuses.

I would highly recommend to have an adult supervision for one of your kids night out. The one that can actually be responsible and watch kids, and not sitting on their phones.

Wonderful experience for a birthday party!! Candace was great at facilitating party games that we brought! Lots of other fun obstacles for kids too!

Our first class was last night. We just relocated to SRB from GA. My daughter absolutely loved her experience! The coaches are very attentive to each of the students. It was very clean, they answered all of the questions I had. We’re looking forward to a a long and happy career at U.S. Gold!!!

We had an amazing first experience with Kathy in the parent-tot class. Not only was the instruction fantastic but they did an impeccable job keeping the gym clean and sanitized. They checked temperatures on arrival and masks are required. We felt very comfortable and had a fantastic time. We can’t wait for the next class.

My 5&6 y.o. girls love US gold! After doing recreational gymnastics for 2 years 2-3 times a week, there was not a single day when they did not want to go! They are always excited to come back to amazing coaches to work on new skills and also meet new friends. They are definitely getting stronger and have more self-confidence in everything they do. The gym is always clean and organized though a bit crowded on some days because not only my girls love it

My 4 year old just completed her first season at us gold! we can't say enough things about the gym! We love it here! The classes for the kids are small, and have lots of coach support! Her motor skills and self confidence have just risen from class! We look forward to many more years here if our little one so chooses!

We absolutely LOVE this gym! We've been coming for 4 years now and plan to continue!! The staff are amazing and well trained! The gym is clean and well organized! I love how the kids are constantly moving and rotating stations/coaches throughout the gym within the hour. My daughters gymnastic skills and self confidence have greatly improved bc of these patient and caring coaches! Can't say enough good things about this special place!

I love this place! the staff is so nice and have been so wonderful with my daughter Kendall being new to the area! she loves going to her class every week and kids night out is awesome!!!
