The folks operating this store are consistently kind, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and efficient. Melanie particularly went above and beyond to help facilitate the return of a couple of Amazon packages despite Amazon customer support making it nearly impossible. Give her a high-five next time you visit.

I drive 20 minutes to the Miramar, FL location because the staff at store 2222 so kind and eager to help. I never feel rushed when I’m in there.

We love this ups store. We have a mailbox there and mail stuff out from there often. I almost never take the time to write reviews for places, but they have an employee Michael there that we love dealing with. I think he is the manager of the store, and he has such a calming demeanor about him. We have often told him he has some of the best customer service my wife and I have ever seen. We love this branch.

Let me start with the one star is for the manager, at the Miramar Beach store. I think her name is Dee, she is rude and the most unfriendliness person I have ever met.The staff gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They are wonderful and very helpful.I just feel sorry that they have a boss that is awful and so rude!!
