I love going to this store every time I’m in town - it’s a fun place to shop and everyone is always nice. Because I didn’t get there this year, I called to place an order and luckily spoke to MARY who I remembered from previous trips. She checked but was unable to find what I wanted (as were the stores in town here) and apologized. A short time later she called me back to tell me that she located what I was looking for at another store in FL - I couldn’t believe that when we hung up she started calling other stores to see if she could find any. Who does that for a customer who only shops there once a year? And she was as excited as I was when she told me. Kudos to a long time and excellent employee who really deserves 5 ⭐️.

Worst service I ever had, or no service. Ignore the customer. Till I walk out of the store, pretend not seeing the customer.

Friendly staff, while the shelving seems a bit cramped, it is a small space but overall clean, good selection, never had any issues here, i worked next door to them for awhile.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, I wish there were tester bottles for all available fragrances and a wider selection like other locations I’ve visited.

Let me tell y'all that this location is by far the best in the USA in my opinion. Every time I visit I always have the best experience. They spare no detail when it comes to the sales, deals, and discounts. Leilani is particularly special! She loves showing off product, has a very kind demeanor, and makes you feel at home. Plus she's not afraid to give you the truth about a product. As someone who works in luxury retail, it makes me feel at ease knowing someone isn't just trying to make a sale. Thank you again Leilani!!!!

I would not come back, People that works here are soooo unfriendly. No wonder why theres nobody in the store that enjoy to shop in there. Most of the items have no prices , i went and ask about the prices and when i did got more items to pre stock and the lady i asked at first went on break, when i was ready to purchase there was this lady telling me different prices. So No thank you and you just Lost sales.

Ava and Leilani were so helpful and I learned from them both! They are extremely knowledgeable of the products they carry and were 2 of the most beautiful and kind women I have ever come across! Amazing selections at this location! A real score!

I was in the store on Saturday and I had the best service. I was greeted promptly! I asked about the mac cosmetics and was shown all the sales items first. I was told about all the promotional items as well. The ladies and I shared holiday stories while I shopped. It felt like I had know the 2 ladies helping me which as Lailonnie and Judith( i think is her name) they were amazing!!!
