I had spa services provided by Warrior Beach Retreat and their founders, the Cope Family. They honored the Combat Veterans and their spouses/caregivers. They showed the ladies a very exhilarating experience. We were showered with gifts, breakfast and lunch in a private area. We travelled to and from our hotel in a limousine!! It was the best experience ever. Thanks for extending the experience and donating these services to Warrior Beach Retreat Foundation.

The most amazing spa experience ever!! The staff took great care of me from start to finish. It’s a beautiful spa filled with amenities, and you can truly spend the entire day there relaxing. I got a Moroccan body melt from Betty, a deep tissue massage from Justice, and a hydrafacial from Antonia. Each therapist did absolutely amazing, and I plan to request them specifically again in the future. If you want a true luxury spa experience in Destin, go to Serenity by the Sea!

When we go to Sandestin we always stay at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. Before we had kids, we used to visit the Spa on the regular basis, as a matter of fact, I proposed in Sandestin, and the day off, I pampered by then girlfriend to a Full day (Day of Bliss Package) at the Serenity by the Sea Spa.This time around, my wife and soon to be 11 years old daughter decided to visit the Spa to take advantage of my Hilton Diamond Status. My daughter was so excited to spend some quality alone time with mom. However, upon trying to check-in, my wife was told that children under 16 years old were not allowed. My daughter was so heartbroken, borderline in tears. Instead of spending some quality time with mom, she had to go back to our room and spend time with me, where she wouldn't stop telling me how sad she was, and how she was looking forward for the experience.The saddest part is that inside the Spa, the sign says that children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. I am not an English major, but last I checked, that still means that children under 16 years old are allowed (while accompanied by an adult).

Got the relaxation massage. It was okay but not worth the money. I’ve had a lot better massages for less than that.But, the staff was very friendly so that made up for the massage. You have access to the whirlpool and sauna and other spa services.Brandi the manager was sooooo nice! And my overall spa experience was above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Thanks everyone!

The hydrafacial by Wafaa was amazing, and I would 100% ask for her again. Not only did she do a great job, but she was also so detail-oriented and kind. The front desk staff were super friendly as well!

Hands down one of the best Spa's in the Florida Panhandle. Great atmosphere, services and staff. It's clear that the Spa has solid leadership because of the attention they give to the small details.

The gym is ok for a hotel gym, but the A/C could work better. There was plenty of people working out and it felt like a sauna!

Came today with a group of women from Ferguson, as a treat for being customers of theirs. My expensive clutch was stolen out of the women's lockers along with my t shirt. It was stolen within an hour and a half period. The only person who saw me put my belonging in the locker was an employee. The security director thinks it was someone from our group by accident. I am not sure how someone accidentally steals a clutch and an XXS shirt but she said we were 90% of the people who were at the spa during that time. The facial was not great, she seemed frustrated and rushed. She had a rough touch and was loud washing her hands multiple times during the facial. The nail tech who did my pedicure was super friendly and kind though. The other ladies were very kind and tried to be helpful too but just seemed very odd. The two stars is not for my items being stolen as that has no bearing on the resort but the tech who did my facial was not that great, in my opinion.
