I would highly recommend any of Skis & Seas Sandestin vacation rentals. The properties are well kept and well stocked with quality bedding, linens & products. The kitchen is well stocked with many conveniences and everything you need to prepare meals. We have stayed in these properties many times and they have always been extremely clean. Marcella is always quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with and we appreciate the ease of check-in & out. The amenities at Sandestin are exceptional and easy to access. We can't wait to return.

The condo had everything! Great view, short walk to the beach, multiple pools, and even a great restaurant at the bottom. We had everything we needed and everything in the condo worked great!

Had an absolutely FABULOUS time at the condo! It was clean and well equipped. The owners thought of everything. As a vacation owner myself, I'm very discerning and it met a high standard. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We absolutely loved everything about the Seascape resort area. The pools were awesome and the beach only couple blocks away for those who love the ocean. Our condo was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The staff of Skis and Seas were very helpful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We will defnitely be coming back!

Rented two nights in the Luau building and unfortunately the room stunk. It smelled stale and Smokey. Instead of being offered another room, the booking employee Marcella had an attitude and said that she was sending someone there within 20 minutes and provided me a phone number to contact the person going to check out the room. I called the number nobody answered.
I was told that someone went to the room and they said it didn’t stink but they sprayed room plugged Glade in the outlet and if it’s too strong then just unplug them.
Sorry, but you cannot mask cigarette smoke. The attitude on this representative was unprofessional, rude, and I cannot image whoever owns the company would be proud to have her as an employee. Zero help provided, we had to find another place to stay will trying to go to a concert we were there for! What a way to start a vacation.
I do not recommend Seas and Skis for a rental!

I have stayed with Skis and Seas twice now and both times have been absolutely wonderful. They are very professional and nice people to stay with! Recommend them to everyone that stays in the sandstone area for vacation.

This is one of the best condos that we have stayed in while at San Destin. It was clean, well appointed, and very spacious. The kitchen is huge with all the utensils etc you could possibly need. All the rooms were a good size, the kids especially liked having one half of the condo to themselves. The only downside is that we can’t book it for this year as someone else has already booked it.

Westwinds building is a beautifully maintained property. It’s cleaning staff constantly work to keep it clean and pleasant. The maintenance staff are always working on improvements. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The outdoor pool is a warm eighty some degrees each day even when chilly out. The beach is a short walk from the building..4828 has a fantastic view of the beach and sunsets. The deck is huge in comparison to other units. This last year the owner made significant improvements in the kitchen with new countertops and a large farm sink/faucet.Seas and Skis is great to work with. There were a few items missing on arrival so we let them know and they had them in the condo within a few hours. During our stay there was a leak in the kitchen disposal and they had it replaced promptly.We love staying in this condo and will be back next year.

This is our 2nd time renting from Marcella at Skis and Seas Vacation Rentals and it wont be our last. We have been in the vacation rental business since 2002 and we can't say enough good things about our stays with Skies and Seas! Marcella responds quickly and the condos have always been very clean and well maintained. The industry is changing as so many of the companies are charging up to 20% in service/booking fees. We always try to book direct to avoid them plus it is so nice to deal with someone directly that doesn't have hundreds of rentals!We strongly recommend them and look forward to our next stay!

My son and I had the best time at the Luau. He loved the pool and the room was beautiful and so comfortable. We felt at home here and will definitely come back!

This is our second visit with Skis and Seas to the Ariel Dunes 1 in Destin (Miramar Beach). WONDERFUL place. So relaxing and just a short walk to the beach. Skis and Seas makes it easy with no hassle on check-in and check-out.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Westwinds unit 4744 was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, comfortable, had great parking and easy access to the pool and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ski and Seas made booking easy and were great with communicating all pertinent information.

A beautifully decorated condo with a fantastic view of the beach. The floor plan and flow of the condo is very nice. And it has the perfect dining table for our puzzle making! We definitely want to return to this condo!

Great condo rental for our beach vacation at the Sea Cabins. Everything was handled perfectly by the rental company and we had an awesome vacation on Miramar Beach. Will definitely be back.
