Absolutely wonderful cottage. Very true to description and photos. Extremely clean, inside and out. Safe area, with a beautiful pool steps off of the back porch, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was the perfect size for two people. Loved the gated community with lots to do and places to eat. The bed could use an upgrade as it’s very soft and sinks in the middle. Everything else was great!

One of the best rentals thus far. Very clean, beds were great and sofa bed was better than others. Location was great. Those morning sunrises on the patio were amazing. Definitely will rent with this group again.

We stayed at Sunset on 7 in the Sandestin resort. The townhome was beautiful and so, so clean! If you are a clean freak like me and need a very clean vacation rental, I highly recommend Sunset on 7. The golf cart was fun and really made our stay extra special. We hardly left the resort!

Great location and very clean place. Literally a minute walk to the beach. Also great location to easily bike ride to Alys Beach, Rosemary and a quick car ride to Seaside. Only feedback is that not all the remote controls work correctly for the lights and fans in the bedrooms.

We were referred to this rental company many years ago and have not looked back. When we first started out Maria was our go to person. We have Judy and Keena and they never disappoint us I feel like they are family looking forward to coming back in June and have brought more friends who has fell in love with this location

San Juan was the best vacation rental! The close proximity to the beach was great! We enjoyed the serene, beautiful emerald waters and white sandy beaches. The home has a great outdoor area with a private pool perfect for lounging. I can’t begin to describe how beautiful it was inside the home! The tasteful decor and plethora of supplies made this vacation home feel like home. I loved how open everything was with so much natural light. The balconies off of each bedroom were roomy and showcased amazing views! The master suite was beyond our expectations. The fireplace, king bed, huge soaking tub and spectacular shower were so inviting after a long day. The views and closeness to the beach, along with the chill vibes make this home one of our favorites! San Juan-we will be back! ?
