The absolute worst customer service. Store manager is rude and was unclear about store policy and eating a chili dog the entire time she was folding my new clothes and checking me out. Stained my husband’s white shirt. Disgusting display of retail showmanship.

I’m a fan of the clothing but this store is terrible. I tried on a shirt in the fitting room and the manager barged in on me and started tucking my shirt tail in. Worst part was the St. Louis rib lodged in their mouth and the barbecue sauce all over their fingers.

Went to this store for the first time when on vacation about a month ago. I bought a bathing suit that was end of season, paid for it, and they had to get my size from another store so they set up shipping to my home address. The staff were marginally helpful. After several weeks, never received it and called back to inquire. Apparently the package was damaged in shipping which of course nobody communicated to me. Spent the next couple of weeks trying to locate the package or get a refund. Very poor communication from the staff and manager at the store, different sales associates called us and we had to describe the circumstance all over again. Tried to call yesterday and the phones were down. Appears very amateurish and poorly run. I like the clothes, but avoid this store and go elsewhere or buy on line.

My husband and daughter visited the store this week on our annual trip to Miramar Beach Florida. When they entered the store, the two workers at that store did not greet them nor did they ever speak to them or ask if they could help. What was so silly about this is that my husband was dressed in Peter Millar clothing and shoes that day when he visited the store. When my husband went to look at a pair of shoes in the store and determined that they did not have his size, instead of asking if he could help, the employee went behind my husband to straighten the shoes up. Ridiculous! We are hosting a tournament for the World Golf Championship that will happen in Memphis, Tennessee later this month. We live on the 15th hole / 16th tee box. He was hoping to purchase Peter Millar gifts for our guests. Good luck with that crew working there. The only take away that I have from this experience at this Peter Millar Store is that (1) the employees work for themselves and they decide what a Peter Millar customer looks like (we are Black people); (2) they don't know Peter Millar clothing when they see it on a person; (3) we won't be coming back to this store.
