“In a word: OUTSTANDING! I worked mostly with Barby and the team. All were quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile. Contract to Close 3 in weeks! Unheard of in this market.Some prior bad reviews appear to be self-employed borrowers. Personally know someone who had a similar experience. Seems there could improvement there, but be mindful that you can’t tell the IRS one thing then a mortgage company another. Kinda throws things sideways…”
