My first experience was not good one. The lady that day at the counter was very unapproachable and rude. Instead of talking to me she would just wave her hand as to answer my questions. I unfortunately did not get her name so the only way to identify her is her European accent. Weeks later I needed to go there again because of a return but honestly was thinking of just forgetting the whole thing. I really did not want to deal with her again, I am so glad I did. The lady that day "Amy Benzenhafer" could not have been more helpful and pleasant. She is the main reason for the five stars. Because of this experience with her I will definitely be back.

Customer service here is impeccable! Both in-store and through phone. I was on the hunt for a discontinued scent/product and Ana was able to help me. She was so patient & helpful, I really appreciated it.

Great store!! 10/10 would recommend! Ask for Amy, she’ll take great care of you. If you’re looking for your old favorites and maybe some new ones, this is the place to go! Store is well stocked, priced and very clean. ???

I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by the good service AND good deals. I was able to pick out some new products and got some recommendations from the woman manning the shop. I would come back here and will look up other locations to see if there is one close to Atlanta.
