I will not be back. I made a first time appt here after it was recommended. I wish places would realize its for your time there and not expect you to know which table to go to, or who your seeing, where the sink is, etc. For dip polish, there werent that many colors to choose from really. They didnt have my usual go to color either. Even the fake nails they have the colors painted on so you can see, looked weird. It was just like they did one stripe of the color and looked thin, so you cant really tell how your color will look. Once i figured out on my own where i was supposed to go, i wasnt greeted or anything. I had requested an appt with One, but no clue if thats even who i saw or not. Im not a fan of places who use drills. I felt a quick burn twice and kind of jumped, he asked why I jumped and I told him it burnt, he said no it doesnt, its just friction......ok I had to take one phone call while my nails were wrapped and soaking off, so he wasnt even sitting there. My call lasted maybe 4 minutes. When he came back and began, ive never been to a place where you hold your nails over a fan to dry. So when he motioned me to do that, i asked him "is there a certain way i should hold my hand", he looked at me dumbfounded, and told me to ball my hand up on the fan. So i did. A few mins later out of the blue he told me i need to learn to relax. I said what? He said you need to relax, we have alot of problems with people in here being on their phones when they should be relaxing". I said ummmm i feel pretty relaxed so idk why you think im not. The only time i had been on my phone was the few minutes he wasnt even there.... The manicure in general wasnt even great. He did nothing with my cuticles; and the paint job looks bad. The sides of my nails arent painted. There is also white powder showing through on some nails. No lotion or massage at the end. Highly disappointed and will never go back.

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. We made an appointment for 3 with a deposit. we were 6 minutes late and they gave our spot away without a call. I have been going here for years but never again. And the manager was extremely rude and unapologetic. My 7 year old daughter was devastated.

Sadly, the front counter person charged me more than the price sheet quotes. He tried to justify it by saying my daughter wanted longer nails so they put tips on. That was not true at all. Then he said it was because it was ombre. I pointed out the ombre dip quote on the sheet in front of us was cheaper than charged. He never made it right, and we will not return. Very sad because if he doesn’t honor the quoted, printed fees.

Got my nails done on vacation here and they did a great job. Sonny was the guy who did my nails and he was very helpful in helping me choose the polish color closest to what I had shown him a picture of. Was skeptical to come here because I had read some bad reviews about customer service but I think everyone was friendly and helpful. I actually came back 2 days later because I had broken my nail by hitting it on something, they fixed it for free. Both times I came here they were very nice. The place was clean and I would definitely come to this spa regularly if I lived here.

Called for a last minute pedicure while at my vacation home. They fit me in and did a good job. I've found my salon away from home. Great service!

claimed they could "seat us" at 12:30 when we walked in at 11:45. perfectly fine. We told them we would run across the street while we were waiting and they said it was fine. We asked if there was any chance it would open earlier and were told "I won't guarantee anything" so we left Planning to come back in a couple minutes. we came back and were told "there was an opening but someone else walked in so we gave it away but in ten minutes there should be an opening" fast forward forty minutes later at 12:45 and we still don't have a seat, while people who have walked in after us have been seated. we waited for over an hour. worst costumer service ever, and the hostess was a complete b!tch! never going there again! horrible quality too smelled of chemicals and felt like my head was gonna explode by the Time we left cause we never were seated:(

Hello everyone! This was my first time getting my nails done in Destin since i am from Wisconsin! I was really pleased with this place especially with the person who did my nails. His name was one.
He did a really professional job and i was really impressed with his skill as he took his time with everything. I was there for an hour in a half to about two hours and the total for my acrylic nails came to be about $75. It's displayed at $55 for a gel acrylic but with the design and color it was about $20 more so keep in mind to bring extra cash or ask before you get the design done. It was so worth the $20 however because he really took his time making sure the lines were straight and the french tips were perfect. I didn't even have to correct him about anything the length, shape, color, design, was all perfect and it never once felt rushed. The guy at the front desk did ask to see my design and told me ahead of time that the price was going to be $75 which in my opinion was really respectful and responsible for the customer and the business. That way nothing was a surprise and i could change my nails before hand if needed. The place itself looks super clean and organized and the workers all seemed nice. In my own experience I would definitely recommend to get your nails done here!

The only complaint I have is the guy at the front desk is not friendly and seems bothered that he has to wait on you. I go there often and love the services I get. They give the best pedicures but the guy at the front should be welcoming and helpful. He is not.

My technician today was One. He was absolutely awesome! He took his time and explained to me that I should not request the drill to remove my cuticles. This was by far the best manicure I ever had. I highly recommend One. He is the BEST!!

Tammy did my pedicure and acrylic gel manicure today and it was phenomenal! She’s very personable, professional, really cares about what you want and takes her time. It’s hard to find a good nail tech I feel like, and I’ll 100% be back to her!

For someone who's been coming to Lee Nails for years their new front desk girl is so disrespectful for no reason. It was a very unfortunate situation to walk into my nail salon for an appointment and be treated so rudely by the front desk woman... I chose to walk out. Very uncomfortable!
