Couldn’t speak more highly of this Goodyear location, all of their employees were so kind to me and my fiancée, especially Kyle! He was able to fix our issue very quickly all while maintaining such a positive and professional attitude. Will definitely be coming back if we ever run into another issue like this again.

Always had great experiences with Goodyear, however, Kyle at this location took it to the next level. I would leave 10stars if I could. On our trip we experience a flat tire. As this could be a stressful situation for anyone without the proper equipment, Kyle handled our situation with professionalism, kindness, and I could sense how he genuinely cared for our safety.
Kyle fixed our issue very quickly and had us back on the road within minutes. Amazing customer service right there.

So very helpful… I am from out of town and needed to get on the road the next day. Even though they were slammed they worked hard to fit me in so that I could get back on the road the next day. Such a great experience!

We are on vacation and I went to this store today to get a price on a trailer tire. Price was $187, which I thought was kind of high for a trailer tire. So I told them I would go check other places. Went to four different stores and all either didn’t have the tire or couldn’t fix it in time for us to head home. So 20 minutes later I went back to Goodyear. The girl and guy up front says, “Out the door you’re looking at $297”. They literally said out loud, “Most people want to know the cost of the tire, so we tell them that and don’t tell them the other cost they go into so they won’t go somewhere else”. So basically they mislead you on what the price so you’ll come to the store. Then add all of their labor and other fees on top so you’ll be in a pinch/time crunch and have to do it there. I’m not mad at the guy and girl at the front. I’m mad at the trainer/manager who thinks this is selling. This 1-star is for you

Would give zero stars. I would not recommend this place at all, especially if you are out of town. I had air conditioner compressor clutch go out and they quoted me 2,300 for things I didn’t need. When I questioned needing all the extra parts, salesman was very rude. I’ve been ASE certified for almost 30 years so I knew I was getting gouged! Took car to another location and got repaired for 1,100. Not to mention that they wanted more than double mark up on parts. No.

My car broke down the day we were supposed to be driving home from our vacation and I had to get it towed to this Goodyear. They went above and beyond to get the parts they needed and fix my car same day so we could get home. Great service!

Charged $200 for diagnostic, then wouldnt call or return calls for 2 1/2 weeks. Then quoted me $1,900 for a $260 part from bmw or $87 used.Not happy.

I have used Good year for years...I went in to check how much brakes would be...I was charged 100.18 for the tek to drive my car and did not take off tires or do anything else. And approx 2500 bill from Eddie to do tires brakes and oil change...I would have just done it..but I'm 68 and worried about money...What really bothered me was he would not credit the 100.18 for the dirve test. I already knew it needed brakes..they never mentioned this charge but I thought when I got service it must be credited..On principal I will never go back after years of trusting whatever they charged..but I checked with others and they could not believe they charged me 200.18 to establish what I already knew. I walked in two other establishments and neither charged me ...and they didn't drive my car and make me wait an hour. I ask for my model and make price and got immediately from both the others.

Quick and Reliable Tire Service at Goodyear Tire in Destin**I recently had a nail in my tire, but luckily the team at Goodyear Tire in Destin were able to patch it up quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and professional, and had me back on the road in no time.
