Deeply dissatisfied with DB with the handling of a bag I ordered for Mother’s Day as a gift for my MIL. Despite multiple calls and complaints. I have yet to receive my bag or a refund. It’s been a month.

Clearly have posted “PROUD to offer a military discount” then they only apply it to certain items. If you boast about offering a discount it should apply to your entire store! Won’t be back

This is located is the Silver Sands Mall in Destin Fl . Friendly service with many items to choose from ❤️ They always have great sales & I guarantee once you buy 1 you will buy another ? The quality of these purses are beyond believe & hold up to anything you can put them through ? From the finest leathers to canvas there’s something for anyone ??♀️ I know I’ll keep coming back ? It may not be tomorrow but it will be sooner than later ❤️❤️❤️ I chose the large chestnut Barlow ( I really wanted the Zipper Barlow in natural they didn’t have one ? ) I can’t beat the price ? This bag fits many things even my iPad ? I highly recommend this store ?

I needed a new wallet as my old one was too worn and stretched. I knew I wanted a leather one and that was all. I figured I'd find one at fossil or Coach. This was my first time in a Dooney and Burke store, and I've never previously owned anything from the brand. I saw the collegiate collection, opened it, and really liked how it was made, the smell of leather, and the style. I went to Coach, but couldn't find anything close to the style. I ended up going back. They also do military/ vet discounts, so that was an added surprise. I LOVE my new wallet!
