Voted the Best on the Emerald Coast for specialty fitness, we offer heated and non-heated yoga classes 7 days per week. All of our teachers are at least 200 hour certified by a recognized yoga training school. We encourage all levels of practitioners from beginning to advanced in every class we offer. Our studio also has a boutique with Jiva, ALO, Manduka, Onzie activewear and branded tanks. Come visit our studio by dropping in for a single class or a package of 5, 10, 20 or unlimited classes.
