This is the second shirt that they tore under the arms, I took it back to them, they kept it for 3 weeks and returned it with a print out that says using deodorant compromises the fabric. HELLO, THATS WHY I TAKE IT TO A CLEANERS

I do NOT recommend Destin Cleaners.There is a reason they have a large sign posted that says “we are not responsible for lost or damaged buttons”I took 8 pair of brand new Mavi pants/jeans for laundry service and 2 of them came back missing the front pant button.They refuse to assist with replacing it or fixing it.I will never return there for laundry services and can not recommend themService: Laundry wash & fold

Please BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE DESTIN CLEANERS!!!!! Should have read reviews!!!! Used them for first time this week, as I have a wedding and needed the items for today… the one blazer I was going to wear to the event tonight is missing. With absolutely NO apology and bordering on absolute rudeness she said my item didn’t make the truck and was in ALABAMA! And wouldn’t make it until Monday….!! WHAT???? sooooThey ship your items out of state to clean them. I am now out of a outfit tonight and leaving Monday I am beyond upset! Learn from mistake and DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!!!!

I’m new to the area and have used these cleaners twice now. Both times I’ve had to take the item back. The first time the dirt around the collar was still there and the second time they pressed my suit pants in a way that created a bunch of creases along the pant leg. I was told that they have hundreds of pants they do and they just can’t do it any other way. When I said it was their job to make sure that the pants weren’t ruined, she wanted to argue with me. The lady with the blonde hair is super sweet but the woman with the dark hair is very unprofessional. She just walked away from me instead of addressing my concerns. If I could give it zero stars I would’ve, but one star is okay because the blonde lady’s so sweet.Service: Alterations

Lost a button on a Christian Dior blazer, then charged me anyway. When I complained bleach blonde lady says “ She cared more about people than clothes. Arrogant and condescending.Terrible job on clothes. Shirt is more wrinkled than when I took it in. The pressing is awful.

Very pleasant but outrageously expensive. $8.00 per shirt for shirt laundry. The dry cleaner in Watercolor was $3.50 per shirt in comparison. I understand that “this is a resort town” and that “rents are high”, but I am sure the same could be said for Watercolor. I have paid less for in-room delivery at five-star resorts.

I have been using the Destin Cleaners in Grand Boulevard for over 16 months.They have always done an excellent job of dry cleaning my suits and washing, starching and pressing my shirts and slacks.Mimi and Stephanie are always friendly and professional in dealing with customers.I highly recommend them!

Wish I would have read reviews first!!!! So disappointed in this cleaner. They shrunk my wool sweater 3 inches in the length and sleeve. It also has little balls all over it now. I bought the sweater on vacation in Ireland. It was very special to me. It is well made and been dry cleaned several times with out issue, until today. I would NOT trust them with sweaters.

Disgrace...don’t go and even try them you will regret. Drive the 10 more miles to Watercolor to that dry cleaners. The quality is a -0 , shirts with burn holes, beautiful white linens with red lines from the ironing board on and brown water marks, moody employees. I have given them chance after chance and have officially had to say enough I’m driving the extra 10 mins.
