It’s been a year since my experience with AHI specifically with Matt Turner. Reading his condensing responses to my questions and emails still makes me so angry. I have 6 other homes so very experienced owner but the way Matt treated me and my questions, completely lost AHI business to insure a high value property. I’m now with Gulfside Insurance and Wyatt is amazing and responds same day.

I'm revising my review. I was angry when I wrote it the first time. I'm still upset, this has caused a great deal of undue stress in my life, but nobody else wants to hear that. Suffice to say customer service from the agents / sales people when you are trying to cancel your policy drops off precipitously. I have had to repeatedly call to try and force this to get done, and it did NOT get done. I have had to sort things out with my bank because they renewed on me when I told them I wanted to cancel at the end of my policy period. My advice, ask to talk to the front desk, the lady who usually answers the phone is awesome, it's the people who make their money selling you policies that you do not want to entrust with this part of the transaction! Giving another star back for the front desk lady, she earned it.

Warren was knowledgeable, patient and tenacious in finding auto and umbrella policies that suited our needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.Other agents that we had consulted with had offered us policies with much higher premiums than last year's and simply said that that was the best they could do because premiums were going up.We look forward to working with him to find a new homeowner's policy soon.

Customer service is excellent and Warren really cares to help you get the best quote for your home. Had an issue with a provider where it looked like I was going to lose my insurance and Warren handled quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend using Affordable Home Insurance.
