One of my worst experiences ever. I am a loyal racetrac customer and have the highest rewards tier. I tried to check out my daily free drink and the manager was very unpleasant about it. He tried to say I wasn't allowed to get a frozen drink when the all said I could. He then tried to back himself up saying a couldn't get a large, when the app didn't no say such thing. I was being perfectly pleasant with him, but he was very jerky and ruined my entire day. I asked If I could switch my drink and he said no and forced me to pay for something that I didn't want and should have been free. My entire family goes to RaceTrac but no longer, this was a terrible experience. I have wasted a lot of money at this gas station just to be treated terribly.

Racetrac 404 US Hwy 27, Clermont, Florida 34725. This is the worse customer service I've ever dealt with. The employees definitely haven't had any customer service training. I accept that I still come to the store, I always speak first because I'm never greeted when I come in. Today was my last day coming into the store, I'm done. I was waiting on the pizza to be cooked. There was some pizza on the counter I grabbed a box and put half the bacon cheeseburger pizza in it. As I was putting a slice into the box I accidentally dropped it upside down on the counter. I threw the slice into the garbage. When the pepperoni pizza came out I asked the young man in the light blue shirt to please put half the pizza in the box. He said he was too busy making pizza to it. I replied with "well thank you". I want everyone to know how the customer service here is so unfriendly. Customer service is what brings repeat customers back into a store.

Poorly run in regards to inventory. Always running out of small cups then upcharge you for larger sizes because they "ran out" of small cups. Hire new management now. Update, still just as bad. Now there are barcodes on cups and is the only way to ring them up. Too many medium cups rung up as small bc they are always out of small cups. I hate this place. Never coming back.

I always get above and beyond help here. For example I came in looking for a red line. They didn't have any on the shelves but Jennifer B. went in the back and grabbed one. This isnt the first time they have helped me, this is the 3rd time. All these folks deserve raises.Thanks

Most of the staff are great, some need to find a new line of work because customer service is not their Forte. Usually clean and well stocked.

It offered gasoline at competitive prices and the pumps were well maintained and makes the process of filling your car with fuel more pleasant.

Been to a ton of gas stations throughout the states, and Racetrac has the best coffee by far!

Always open lanes, the store is maintained well and if there is a line it usually moves quick. They even have self checkout.

Older man working as the clerk this evening (5 mins ago) was less than pleasant. My son and I got frozen yogurt and didn’t realize both of our cups came out stuck to a second cup. The clerk seemed annoyed we didn’t realize this and let us know they charge by the cup…ok, understood. We apologized and let him know they came out of the dispenser firmly stuck together. His response, “Well you need to pull them apart then because we charge by the cup.” Ok, sure I’ll put my hands all over the remaining cups in your ill functioning dispenser to fight apart my single paper cup that probably cost half a penny to manufacture. So what now? We had to pull off the second cups and hand them to him to avoid being charged double…ok…odd that he didn’t throw them in the trash and said he was just going to keep them behind the counter, but it gets better when he throws our spoons in our direction onto the counter. Maybe corporate can consider enlongating the training period regarding customer service.

It is a nice store however if you are looking for ice tea you are out of luck, never any made. They were out of large coffee cups also. I found the manager to be condescending and if you ask a question you are keenly aware that you ARE a bother.

My fiancé went into the store to buy a couple of wine coolers for me, got denied because his ID was expired for 3 days. That's fine. But then I went to buy them myself and the guy up front denied my ID because I wanted to buy the same thing and he assumed they were for him? I've been in here so many times, they know our faces, we probably keep a couple of things in stock. Cashier is overdoing it and could probably stand to smile or something.
