Today they get 1 star due to a complete lack of accountability!!!!!! We place an order online and when I picked it up this evening. They crammed every bag so full that the bags were breaking when trying to carry inside. The worst issue is that in one of the bags was 2 loaves of bread, 2 packages of bagels all buried into 2 containers of tomatoes an bunch of bananas, 2 bags of coffee and a bag of rice!!!! Imagine the condition of the bread and bagels when I got home!!!!!! I called the store to speak to the manager who instead of offering a solution to the problem created at his store, his response was “Oh, I can’t help you with that, that would have been Instacart.” I’m sorry, is it not your company that uses Instacart for this purpose, is it not your company that advertises through your website to use this service???? How is it that your company can’t solve the problem????

THE FRUIT HAS BEEN MOLDY FOR MONTHS. THE WATERMELONS ARE FROZEN AND MUSH. So I called the store after wasting HUNDREDS of dollars on bad fruit and the produce manager gets on the phone and immediately blames democrats and liberals and it’s the governments fault. I told him off and ended the conversation. Publix do better.

Great employees that make sure you find everything you need and very clean store. From the fruits to the deli everything is very fresh. When first open they was not on point with the fried chicken but now since some time went by, they have mastered it to perfection. My favorite publix

Not that we have a lot of choice in the selection of a supermarket, I will say that this and all Publix grocery stores are above the national average. My favorite however, is the fried chicken.

Came a couple days ago and couldn’t get everything I needed because of moldy food. Grape tomatoes were all moldy, fruit was moldy. Prices at Publix are at least double than Walmart are target - I’m expecting fresh food to select from. On top of that they don’t usually have more than two check our lanes open which forces you to ring up and bag your own groceries. I waited in a longer line to have the cashier check me out and there was no one else bagging with her nor did she radio anyone so while my food was piling up with a long line behind me I ended up bagging my own food even in this line. For ridiculously expensive prices and then to have that kind of experience is crazy. Do better Publix.
