“Top tier experience- we were done and happy much faster than I ever thought possible. The guys that helped us were very sweet and knowledgeable (and tolerated my kids well, thank you) and we even had delivery that day. I was dreading the entire experience and I don't think it would have been nearly as nice at any name brand store in the area.My only negative is equipment related; the metal bed frame we bought also with the mattresses broke a couple days later. Kind of a bummer for the price, but everything else was great and I'd still highly recommend this spot (just maybe pass on the frame).”

“My wife and I went into the Clermont store and was greated by Kellye. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately had us laying down on the first bed to determine the number for each of us. Then she had us try all the beds we were interested in and discussed each. We never felt pressured and offered any information we asked for. She was truly amazing and my thoughts all through the experience was very positive. We narrowed it down ot one of two mattresses and she let us try them again. Only after makeing a decision did she tell us that she was the store manager and she infact had the same bed at home that we decided on and had it for 11 years and very pleased with it. Like always after making the big decision we are anxiously waiting for delivery of our bed. We both feel like we made a new friend in Kellye and after sleeping on out new bed for a few days will stop in and report our findings to her. Needless to say we highly recommend Kellye so if you go to the store ask if Kellye is available I'm sure you will be very pleased you did. Thanks again Kellye!!”

“I had two La-Z- boy recliners for about 5 months , Leather went bad on one of the chairs . La-Z- boy is a lazy no help company buyer beware . Max the Manager at the Clermont Store stood up and took charge . He offered to take back both chairs and let me pick out any item at the same price I paid 5 months ago .
