If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is my neighborhood Dollar Tree and today I was totally disrespected by a rude, racist employee by the name of Alana all because I was asking for someone to help out customers at the POS while we clearly were ignored. She and the manager Kerri need to be enrolled in extensive customer service training on how to handle customer relations in chaos and how to provide stellar customer service.
The behavior Alana displayed today because she clearly hates her job was very disheartening and distasteful and the manager Kerri did not know how to handle the situation. Kerri, it is very sad to be a manager of 15 years and did not know how to de-escalate the situation.

This is probably the most clean, efficient, and organized dollar tree I have ever been in. When we pulled up, cars were parked and wrapped all the way around the building. My first thought was, “oh no“. I did not want to go in the store. We were in and out less than 15 minutes, we only waited in line less than 3 minutes. This was a pleasant surprise.
