The gentleman pharmacist was very rude, he had shoulder length hair that is going gray. He also has a mustache. He yelled at the customer ahead of me. I’m from out of town. I had a question and I moved to the window. He yelled at me had me move back in line. Said I was breaking privacy of others. No one was in line ahead of me. He was across the way at the drive thru. I backed up and waited. The cashier came on duty and he said I’m out of here. She couldn’t answer my questions and told me the pharmacist only could help. He left and I had absolutely no help! I would not recommend ANYONE to use this store or pharmacy! Stay away!

I am in absolute shock looking at the people that gave five-star reviews for this Pharmacy. They are the worst Pharmacy ever! They have caused me health issues as well as a ton of stress. I don't know anyone that thinks that they're awesome. Today my husband went there and they were closed nobody there. 2 is when they left apparently. They said if you needed help you could go to the Garden Street Walgreens. But they had already filled our prescriptions so how were we supposed to get them? He had an antibiotic he needed and couldn't get it. That just is dangerous. I am actively working to remove all of my prescriptions from them. Convenience is no longer convenient.

Coming from someone who lives in the country in Mims, this pharmacy was always close and convenient. However the encounter I had yesterday was unacceptable.Not knowing they closed at 6 pm on Saturday. Arriving at 5:50 I should have been told they no longer were filling prescriptions. Not yelled at, by none less than the manager himself.I am just happy my child was not with me for this. You have lost our business indefinitely.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Always a friendly greeting when we enter the store. All of the staff is wearing masks and asks they customers to do the same if they are without a mask. The store is usually well stocked. They are willing to look for the product if the computer says they have it!! The store is always clean, including the bathrooms. I've used their photo area for reprints and the photos are great! The pharmacy is run very efficiently. All of the pharmacy staff are friendly and hard working! I've been going to this pharmacy for 2 years (since I moved to Mims). They know what you have been prescribed and answer questions and also give much needed advice if asked! hope I never have to go to another pharmacy.
