This store lacks professionalism is the worst way! I have been stiffed on a same day delivery twice! They don’t call you as a courtesy to say it won’t be same day. They just don’t show up. Today I placed my order at 10 am for same day delivery….530pm I call the store only to be told “oh you won’t get your delivery today”. I had to take my kids who were sick, drive 20 minutes to pick up an order that should have been same day delivery. I arrived at the store 7 minutes before closing. Had I not called to inquire where our delivery was, they would not have called me. Just like the last time they never called or showed up until I called the next day. Only this store in Mims is has the issue. Why wouldn’t you reach out to a customer as soon as you know it’s not being delivered on a same day delivery? Not once..shame on you. But twice? Ok shame on me for thinking it would be different. ITS SAME DAY DELIVERY~ Don’t advertise if you can’t provide the service. Or even provide the common human courtesy to contact the customer.

I shop here twice a month sometimes more, good selection but some items are a bit pricey.
The staff and cashiers are friendly and helpful rarely is there a long wait to check out they keep the line moving pretty quick if they are busy. It would be nice if they provide a pet wash station in this store.

I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude for the extraordinary assistance you, La Brett, provided to my father and I during a recent unforeseen incident. While traveling on the highway, my vehicle experienced a blown tire leaving us stranded for three hours as we waited for a tow truck that never came. It was during this stressful time that your kindness and exceptional customer service truly shown through. Not only did you promptly respond to our distress call, but you went above and beyond by personally delivering a tire and jack to my location. Your thoughtful gesture of also providing a bottle of water to my father and I was incredibly appreciated and not overlooked. Your swift action and genuine concern for our well-being were a true testament to the outstanding level of customer service that tractor supply embodies. I have been deeply impressed by your dedication and compassion and as a result, you have earned a loyal customer for life in me. Thank you again, La Brett for your assistance . It's wonderful to be able to have a store like this so close. I enjoy the nice employees, free delivery, and looking at the cute little chicks and ducks every spring. This is my go to store for bird food.

Been here lots of times for my chickens and all their supplies also get my wild bird food here too accidentally got the big bag but wanted the small bag. The employees helped me find the small bag bc I was apparently blind that day. They showed me exactly where it was and were so gracious and helpful.

Well stocked, clean too. But the bathroom was inexplicably locked, the entire staff was off on a lark, and when prompted for a product location, I had to walk through that employee's vape cloud for about fifty feet.
These aren't kids either.
Pro-tip: if you want to "act your wage", you aren't worth anything. Florida is a Right To Work State. Get skilled, or take your lumps. Either way, don't pee in my corn flakes about your pinko wage lamentations.
