I have been trying to get a hold of someone at the Ocala location for over three weeks with no response. I called the Titusville location and they helped me immediately. I didn’t even buy from them. I wish I had. If I’m ever in the market again, I will definitely buy from the Titusville optimum RV.

I am changing this review from a 1 to a 3. The business followed up on my review. Their Director of customer relations reached out to me, understands the business, and is trying to resolve the issue. This review is specifically for sales. Service does a pretty good job. Sales really needs help.I stopped in a couple of months ago and saw a Georgetown that I liked with opposing slides.I asked them for an appraisal of mine but I did not have it with me. He gave me a rough estimate and told me if I would bring it by to give me a more accurate appraisal.I had it in for service 10 days later and ask the service manager to get an appraised while I was there.I called in a week after I picked it up and I'll asked what the appraisal was. Oops. They forgot to do it. So now the motorhomes back in Miami. I asked them to check with service since they were pretty well acquainted with it. They just finished the annual service. I called back a week later. Oops. They didn't do it.A few days later a gentleman called me and said that the other person had followed up and he would like to. I explained the situation again and he said he'd follow up immediately.Crickets. I never heard back.I had the motorhome back in Titusville over the weekend so I stopped in to get that appraisal. Not many people there on Sunday but this nice sales lady told me they had to replace the entire staff and there was only one person that could do the appraisal. He was busy but if I didn't mind waiting, he could do it. I looked at a couple of motorhomes on the lot and as I was coming back in I was met by a guy named Brian. After chatting for a few minutes I asked him for the value on mine. He said somewhere between 40k and 60 k. Pretty wide range for a motorhome he just appraised. I said that was ridiculous. Low value is 70. High is 90. He said wait. Maybe 70. Everything is negotiable.More like Anything they can get away with. The guy did 0 research, did not care about the customer, and does not have a clue how to build a relationship. Horrible experience. I told him so and walked out.I was a serious buyer but will shop elsewhere. I guess buyers are easy to find.

My husband and I came in today. I know we didn't purchase are trailer from you but from the same company. I also know I didn't make an appointment. The lady at parts was very nice and the person in service tried to help my husband. But, I needed to talk to a sales Mgr. We were on the road and had an issue with our shower door coming off and not having water presser. He never came out to even acknowledge me. I'm sure a new sale is more important then a sale that was months old. This was our first trip and we still had a long trip home. I was totally ignored, which was rude. If you buy a trailer from them don't expect them to help you after you leave. I know we picked ours up from Pottstown, PA but we were far from home.

Traveling through Florida. Went to see a Class A we'd seen online. Staff stayed after 6pm close. We really liked what we saw. Renee was friendly, professional & was knowledge getting us the answers if she didn't know. Timing turns out wasn't quite right for us on this one, but no problem whatsoever to return if another is found in a few months. Thank you

Really enjoyed our tour of this used but beautifully maintained Fleetwood Flair 31W XLE Motor Coach. The folks at Optimum RV were absolutely amazing. Our salesperson Renee Madigan was knowledgeable, informative, inviting, friendly and eager to answer all our questions.I’d highly recommended them if you’re in the market for a used RV in Florida! Thanks Renee!

We had a 2020 Coachmen Pursuit that after every trip we had to take it General RV to have repaired. It was junk and GRV was terrible with service. So we decided to start looking and realized that we always loved the Georgetown's and Titusville had a few on their lot. We made an appointment with Trevin on a Saturday; test drove a Georgetown 36D7, and walked through a Georgetown 31L5 that was a sold unit. We have always like the floorplan and amenities of the 31L5. We sat down and found out that a 2024 31L5 was coming down the assembly line, so put down a deposit and waited. Trevin was in constant contact with the assembly plant and was sending us texts. The unit was quality checked and failed. But said there was another unit right behind it that would be ours. Again Trevin was sending us texts with pics, which was awesome to see our unit coming together. It was beyond expectation! 2 months later we have our new 2024 Georgetown 31L5 and love it. We had minor quirks to work out due to all the new technology, but the Zephyrhills store (which was closer) assisted 100%. My sister and a co-worker bought from Optimum, we've bought from Optimum. Its a better buying experience than the 'big box stores'. Thank you!!!

Wife and I have bought/owned 4 T.T.'s, 3 Class C's And now a 2021 5th wheel bought new out of state. Thinking we might be interested in a larger 5th we went to Optimum in Titusville, Fl. as they are only 15 miles from us. We told them there was about a 5% chance at best we were trading today. Destiny was very cheerful, and more than happy to show us around. We wasted probably an hr of her time. Like I said she was a sweetheart! She's new and learning but assured us she would either answer any questions we had or get a manager that would. As we were leaving she had Bryan the manager sit down with us also and we discussed several things. He also was the most courteous helpful manager we have ever talked with....and trust me we have dealt with a BUNCH!! We were sooo impressed with everyone! Bryan especially impressed me by saying if we ever needed service on our present 5th wheel they would be happy to help us!! Thats rare in the industry!! Usually if they didn't sell it they didn't want to see it! In fact several I won't name they don't want to help you even if they DID sell it! I honestly believe that is not the case here!!! I will recommend Optimum RV in Titusville to everyone I have the opportunity!!! Thank you !! Don Woodsome

So , I seldom write reviews unless it’s glowing or I have had a terrible experience. I arrived at my Place in Titusville Florida after 1500 miles yesterday it was around 4 pm . I unfortunately lost my keys to get into my RV , I searched everywhere, first time this has happened but it did . I thought let me get to the RV dealer 2 miles away in Mims Florida Optimum RV . The place was very empty two young sales people I assume were inside, I asked to speak to the Sales manager, I had a big problem that I thought he or she could help me with . I was told well we do not have a Sales manager at this time but what do you need? I said I have just arrived and cannot get into my RV , I am more than willing to pay whatever it would cost to ask if someone could use a RV master key and help me ? , I said I am only 2 miles from here , so it would not take long and I certainly will pay for the help . The young lady said let me go ask the Finance manager he is here , she went back I could see her in the office,, 1 minute later came back and said No there is nothing we can do . I said ok and left , I was taken back that someone in trouble, a RV person , who lives in a RV Resort was so quickly dismissed. I totally felt like I was not worth anything to them . I have since called my Dealership in my home state they helped me get the Code and I ordered 3 new keys for $13. From Amazon . A local Locksmith came out last night after hours and used their RV master Key to help me . In closing I will never step foot at Optimum RV again and make sure my Community knows about my experience ! Good Day …

*** Review updated from 1 to 2 stars until refund received. ***--- 2023/12/05 ---Tiffany from the Optimum RV Customer Experience team reached out to my original review and after providing the same details as were provided to the 1st & 2nd GM's... I've received an email indicating that we're finally going to receive the refund Jamie (1st GM no longer there) promised earlier this year. We won't be back in our PO Box area until Xmas, so I'll update again once this matter is actually resolved.Very nice working with Tiffany and not getting the same run-around. Thank you Tiffany.--- ORIGINAL REVIEW ---The former GM (Jamie) lied to me about refunding the $1,200 for the pre-purchase inspection of a bus that their staff parked in the middle of a flooded lot with no power, etc. Got the run around FOR MONTHS until he got himself fired. Now the "new" GM won't honor the refund promise OFFERED by the previous GM.STAY AWAY from Optimum RV... they DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH.

I just bought a camper from Optimum RV and they were great. I especially like their customer service. I purchased the extended warranty and the service manager Eddy is on top of his games. He follows up with me about issues and makes sure it gets resolved. I have not seen customer service like this in some time. Great job Eddy and Optimum RV of Titusville. I highly recommend.

Wasted trip. What shopping for a slide in Truck camper that they had advertised. It's a Lance, so it should be a nice one, I'm thinking.. Asking price was thirty eight thousand. For the year normally that's not a bad price. But when I get there and I walk up. There's rust all over the feet. There are obvious areas where goop was thrown in. Because it was leaking all along the bottom and it was resting on the ground. When I went to do the obvious and normal inspection of the roof, I was scolded for being on the ladder like I was a child.. I told her that I did not want to get on the roof I just wanted to peek and see what was up there and how it looked, but she was adamant about me coming down.. Now, for safety reasons, I understand that. But when a potential customer is willing to sign a waiver. You ought to let him do so so he can check out is investment. I saw what I needed and knew the unit was Not nearly in the shape that I would expect it to be in so I promptly left.. I took a few pics of the business and parking lot.
