I am so over the( nighttime ) shift leader at this location, her name is Savanna .Numourous times I have had issues with computers or malfunctioning equipment or long lines “I counted 9 people this last time “ and only one register. This leader is nowhere to be found and every time I say is she is outside smoking again ( you need to ban smoking at this location, maybe all) her response to the problem is only one register works. Well then help bag and expedite quicker . I hear the employees say she is stealing and never around. Please look into this problem. Do your own research, unless you are okay with this practice being common with your company. I actually try to avoid this location due to night leadership.

This is about night shift at this store. They are rude. Unprofessional. That includes the manager that works there at night time. They need to get better employees. How are you working in customer service? You work at a retail store you have to be friendly to customers and helpful. Dollar general. You need to get it together.

Come on crew, I went to buy a ready made salad and it looks like one opened up week ago and was all over the place. I mentioned to cashier and she said....I know we are waiting for a shop vac to pick up.....no kidding that was said, in the meantime it looks like roaches any time, if not now. ....you don't need a fricking shop vac...a wet rag is all you need. My God help you.

If a loyal frequent customer shows up at 9:50 needing 1 item they should not be turned away. 10pm means 10pm. It's either lazy workers or a manager that thinks they will actually get a bonus. Do better or get out of customer service.

I’m giving one star because the lady/girl that works there name is Sierra she doesn’t wearA name tag I had to get her name fromAnother employee because when I asked her for it she said I don’t give my name I came tjj on the store a few nights ago for one thing and pulled in quick because it was 9:50 and close is at 10 and she shut and locked the door in my face and as I said (I only need one thing please I’ll be quick ) she shakes her head very rudely noo no no and you could tell by the look on her face she enjoyed this it’s disturbing that people like this work in a customer service job she’s always very rude. And that night I literally drove down to the other dollar general by Orilleys and it was 9:58 and I still got in and got what I needed - Thx for reading

Store shelves are always bare. Despite stock being left on carts in the middle of the isles and stock room. Prices they try and charge at the register don’t match what the price says on the shelf. It’s alway more expensive. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful with that they’ll adjust the price and will get you stock if you need something. They’re just too lazy to actually stock the shelves. They don’t wear name tags at the store I visited on Lionel rd in Mims, Fl so I don’t know her name. But there this old lady working there, she gave me attitude when I told her the price that rang up is almost $3 higher than what’s advertised on the shelf’s price tag. I ended up leaving and just going to the grocery store instead and paid 1/2 price for everything I was going to buy there. I was willing to pay a little more for the convenience of dollar general being in walking distance from my house vs a 30 min round trip drive to the grocery store. But not anymore.

Idk why but today as of 4:38 they are closed and then they closed early yesterday at like 2:00 then the day after that they was closed at 930. What's going on

I didn't know how to use self checkout. Staff stared at me for being stupid. A CUSTOMER graciously helped me. Thank you customer. Never again will I go to this store.

Staff is amazing and helpful. I called because I left my wallet in the parking lot at the store and the employee on duty didn’t hesitate to lend a hand in finding it and was more than helpful. Great shop!
