I donate all the time to this store. They get items for free. I went in there the other day and the clothes were so expensive, I went to a more reasonable priced thrift store. I can shop at Ross, TJmaxx or Bealls outlet cheaper for new clothes by what they are charging. The person who is setting the price is crazy and I will never go back. I go there because I need to save money in this economy and they are losing their minds if they think an old dingy shirt is worth 5.99. They have a rack in there with name brands (still used) and they are charging 15-30 dollars for stuff. This thrift store has gone down hill and prices are too high.

Nice place from the moment I walked in. Staff were very polite, the selection inside is more diverse than I tend to see elsewhere, and it's good knowing that this business helps raise money for charity. With the junk I've been going through since moving to this area, Waterfront has been my personal go to for donating and the store itself is much cleaner and more organized compared to other small businesses I've been to recently. Whether you're looking to clear out your garage or shop for less, I definitely recommend this place.

My goodness that’s terrible these places are taking advantage of needy people like this, you can go to Walmart and buy new cheaper than buying things used here, I’ve been donating here for years and just stopped in and seen the prices I cannot believe this, I will not be donating anymore my family will not neither this breaks my heart Y’all are getting these things donated for free and your trying to get rich off poor people what a joke!!

Nice well kept huge store, but prices are high. The day we went there they had 50% off on furniture and items with green tags.

Hardly a thrift store anymore. Prices have surged to absurd levels, with jackets priced as high as $70. Most people visiting thrift stores expect affordable deals, not retail prices. I think that point has been lost on them. Rampant greed has made this place a huge disappointment.

I don’t care to hear your automated message about supporting your mission. The pricing here is absurd. People come here because they can’t afford big box stores. Get a grip on reality and who your customer base is.

I stopped in to browse around and I was just shocked at the prices that they list on stuff waterfront thrift stores just like the Goodwill in the helping hand they're all supposed to be moderately priced so that people can afford it all the stuff is donated magic has freely given to them at no cost get the present like it's brand new in the store

Over the past 3 months I have hauled a house load of items to this location for donation. There is no telling how much money the donations have generated. Each time the employees in receiving have been rude. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I hauled a truck and trailer load and there was one suitcase that they refused to accept. I asked them if they could just toss it in the dumpster, that was literally beside my trailer. They refused to do so. I told the employees that was my last trip and that I would find another organization to help out. There reply was "we don't give a damn". That's great, works out for everybody. I would highly recommend funding a more appreciative organization to donate to.

These prices are offensively high. The items in the premium section are more expensive than if purchased new or on eBay and the clothing prices are outrageous. I miss when this store was fun.

When I accidentally donated something important that I didn't intend to donate, the manager retrieved it quickly and held it for me. When I arrived, 2 men were standing there holding it!?

I have much I could complain about with regards to pricing but many others have already done that. But how about they try rushing you out of the store well before they've actually reached closing time. This has happend to me on multiple occasions when I stop into the store quickly at the end of the day. They will announce on intercom you have 5 minutes left to shop then you check time and its well over 15 min until closing. They blatantly lie about the time and have so for a while. They also start turning lights off randomly and lock front doors. Yeah we get it, you want to go home but it you close at 6pm you need to stick to that. I'm respectful about getting to the register without waiting until the last second but the employees make you feel like a j*** about it when you know you have time left to shop. It's very unprofessional and the higher ups need to have a talk to their employees about this.Another thing, they put broken returns back on the floor. I've purchased multiple items that I confirmed did not work or were damaged, returned them and then they put them back out in the same condition the next day. It's egregious. One time I was standing in line, turned around and a customer had an item I returned the previous day due to being broken in their cart.
