“This location in Milton was awesome! I had nothing but problems trying to pick up my entire rental. I reserved it for the closest location to me.. the day before my location to pick up changed to a 20 minute drive instead of 5 minutes. This is difficult when you're trying to move! And customer service was NOT helpful. The day of pickup my truck was available at the new pickup location but not the rest of my reservation. They sent me to another store 30ish minutes away. This particular store tried to give me stuff that I didn't reserve and even attempted to try and make me pay for a whole other entire reservation with the truck and everything! I am a single woman trying to move closer to my grandbabies since my husband passed away.... this is the LAST thing I need... more heartache, headache, and stress trying to move! The drop-off location in Milton Florida has been awesome! They understood what I needed and were egar to help! Thank you!”
