Friendly people, great service. But the drive through always only has 1 lane open in the drive thru when I stop by to deposit checks into my commercial account.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to dispute a charge. The automated service hung up without me ever talking to anyone.Waited another 35 minutes on hold for the second call. Spoke to a woman. I told her this service hasn't been very good so far and she hung up.Calling a third time. 11 minutes on hold so far.Try a different bank.

This place is full of uneducated people. The incompetence is something I have never seen in my own ten years of working in the banking field. Thank god I don't work with them. 0/10 recommended banking somewhere else. I don't even have a personal account, only a mortgage and I'm this passionate about warning others.

Absolute WORST bank I have ever stepped foot in. The teller who claims to have been there 25 years just cussed me out like a dog in front of an entire lobby of people. Very nasty attitude. Screaming, cussing, acting a fool. I have escalated the situation to truist corporate headquarters. Take your money ANY WHERE else.

Do not put your money with this bank!Drive thru half the time isn't open - annoying, ATMs are randomly "out of order"..They are always slow, accounts don't reflect pendings, tons of fees.. checks supposed to clear next day receive convenient holds to force nsf.. Needless to mention the help in Milton is cans.I won't even waste my time explain my situation except for after the merger it was total nonsense.Go to a credit union, this bank is garbage.

Wow. Never banked somewhere so terrible. The banking activity is fraudulent and plays against you to create excessive overdraft fees.. administrative holds randomly on checks so then when transaction post, sometimes days later even tho they are debit purchases. Balance will show available balance when the balance is actually not available. This is the only bank other than TD Bank (also garbage) that I've used in my life that does this. It's nothing other than fraud.Also, at this branch you have a bunch of mongoloids who never know anything.I also have been given problems on multiple occasions trying to withdrawal MY MONEY because they are too stupid to do their job and have all the stuff they need on file.Don't bank here, I'm hoping for a closure. Straight trash.

This bank doesn't care about you or your family. You have to "have an account" to get a roll of quarters or cash a check.Regions bank is amazing though. Very friendly amd willing to help not members. Look at how many cars are. In the drive through at SunTrust compared to Regions.My family who banks at SunTrust are now switching out of there.2 of them to Chime(mobile bank which is amazing) and the other 3 to Regions.

Suzanne wouldn't cash my check because She said my mask wasn't up above my nose but yet neither was her mask nor the teller next to her!!! and SUZZANE refused to provide me any service and I asked for her manager (I think was AMANDA) and she was absolutely wonderful and politely cashed my check without any issues and I would like to say THANK YOU TO AMANDA( Forgive me if I'm wrong on the name) but as for SUZZANE I really Hope you get better people skills And become A positive employee And not so much disrespect and negativity, Not only for your sake but for the sake of the company supposed to be a role model for the Company fine but I would think if I was in the wrong that your manager would not have serviced me either.

Opened new acct on 16 August 2021. First time using bank on 08 Sept and lobby was closed. I went to drive thru and requested 'a counter cheque to make a withdrawal.' The rude lady said on the screen, 'we havent used those in 15 yrs.' So I said we I guess I will figure out a different way to get my money and she said 'OK' and quickly disconnected her screen. Whilst driving home, I called and asked how to close my account. I got the same lady as she brought up the counter cheques I mentioned. She states I must go back thru the drive thru. So I went back down. When I got to the branch, I got her again and I stated I wanted my funds and account closed. I offered her the account number and she refused it and said she would take it if I wrote it down (Part of that pissy attitude). She started going off about the counter cheque and had me sign one - like I originally asked. I told her I wanted chequeing and savings closed - She said there was no account (I have two accts ending in 53461 and 53453. Savings is the 53461. As she was so rude and I was planning to complain, I took a picture of her in my car on the atm computer screen. She then said she was going to call the police and disconnected her screen to me. I waited for a while and I called the police on my own and after speaking to police, I moved to the front of the bank waiting for police to get my money and she had my ID. When I parked out front, she got real mad and opened bank front door and said 'here is your money' and I replied I already called the police to get my ID from the bank. She really didnt like that. I waited for police to show up and she stormed out with my ID and money and just said 'I dont want him on the property anymore' and ran back in. Unknown if these accts were closed. Kinda alot to withdraw $60 but as a new customer, I closed it all out. Filling BBB complaint along with Fed complaint. Anyways, if she worked in a bank for 15 yrs, any smart banker would understand in the drive thru what I need a 'counter cheque for withdrawal' means.

Milton SunTrust/Truis,is great.I've never had a problem with the managers or the Tellers. They are very friendly, courteous , and professional
