I have really enjoyed being treated at the Physical Therapy Facility. Justin has been my Physical Therapist for a couple months. My back pain and back stiffness has gotten much better since Justin has been working with me. All of the Physical Therapy staff have been wonderful to me.

Service was great and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and well kept. Had a very good in-house sleep study that shows I stop breathing like a mofo. I highly rate this establishment for any of your breathing test needs.

Dr. Foles is an excellent surgeon. He is patient and extremely caring. He explains everything to you and puts your mind at ease. I would highly recommend him for any surgery you may need.

This was my first visit to Santa Rosa Medical Center for an outpatient surgery. The front desk was very helpful on where I needed to go and the wait time was not long. I was nervous but felt like the space was comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly. When I got to the 2nd floor I was immediately helped and taken in the direction I needed to go to check in, from there RN Tiffany, RN Tonya Cross, Herman the CRNA, Melanie, and my transporter Marvin were all very kind and helpful. Dr Esses made sure I was comfortable and ready as well as Dr Novinska. Overall for what it was, it was a positive experience and I would recommend anyone needing treatment to visit Santa Rosa. The lady who showed me around and made me very comfortable for my 1st. Mammogram. Every member of the staff was very kind and friendly in the woman center. ✨️

On 9/20/23, had an adnominal X-ray done looking for a possible kidney stone. Received bill on 10/08/23, with a diagnosis code for a cerebral infarction - MRI/CT, used to check for stroke. After MULTIPLE calls advising I wanted this diagnosis removed from my records, was told it not to pay the bill, it would be fixed and a new bill sent out. On 02/12/24, received a bill from a collection agency. Spoke to three different individuals at Santa Rosa medical Center attempting to find out why I never received another/updated bill. All three (Brianna, Noah, and Ashely) hung up on me, was never rude or raised my voice. Very unprofessional.

The entire staff was fantastic. The nurses, aides, lab, PT staff and dietary were all great. There were way too many to call by name and I'm sure I'll forget one if I do. I'd definitely recommend SRMC because of my experience.
