A step above Hill Kelly! Sandy Sansing actually answers their phones. No need to call 3-5 times, being transfered, hung up on, etc.,just to speak with the right person. Scheduling was easy, and a warranty issue was handled without any issues. Please keep up the great service. Kudos to the service department.Second oil change since I switched.Great job! In and out in the time stated. Easy to make the appointment. That's why I switched from Hill-Kelly. Their service department is s$#! show. Keep up the good work and don't make me regret this review.

I checked the Dodge dealership in Ft Walton Beach, Pensacola and Milton. The Milton dealership had the best prices as well as a quick appointment. I strongly recommend Sandy Sansing in Milton. Thank you for a job well done. ?

This review is solely for the service dept at the Sandy Sansing Jeep dealership in Milton Florida. I had an 8:30 am appt on 9 Feb 2024. Took 2023 Jeep Gladiator that I purchased about12 Jan 2024 in for the ESS (electronic start/stop) not working. I arrived at the dealership at 810 am, went to service desk and told them I had an appt at 8:30 am for the reason stated above. They took the keys and I walked out to the front of dealership and sat down. An hour (9 am) went by and I walked to the back, to see if my jeep had moved, it had not moved. Went back to the front and sat back down. Another hour (10 am) went by and I went to see if the jeep had moved, hoping it had moved into one of the service bays. It had moved but just 2 parking spots from where it was originally. I went back to the service desk and said I am going to be polite and ask for my keys back as my jeep had not moved into a service bay yet. I was told that because I dropped it off, that it would be seen sometime that day. I said I had an appt, they said that I dropped it off and did not say I was waiting. I asked what was the difference? The service gentleman said that waiting customers are prioritized first. So I said if I had an 8:30 appt and 3 ppl walked in after me at say no, they would get seen first? His response was yes. I said then drop off and leaving, you get to the vehicle when you can vs a drop off waiting will be seen before the appt schedule? He said yes. I said what is the point of appts if you don’t go by the time, he said the appt time, even though a specific time, is an all-day appt. Meaning its for the day appt not the specific time. When I got my key and went to my jeep, the inside door panel had a lot of dirt on it, the brand-new side steps had mud on them, and the foot well area had a lot of dirt and sand. I went back in and asked for the Service Manager and we walked out so he could see the condition of the interior, I opened the door and he looked at it, waited a couple seconds then began to wipe off the door panel with his hand. I told him to not do that, that I just wanted him to see the condition of what his service techs are doing. I walked back into the service desk area and asked for a copy of what had been done to the jeep as a record for me, and he said nothing had been done. I went to the sales are and talked to the salesman who I bought the jeep from, and asked one of his bosses to accompany me so they could see what the interior looked like. I asked when the General Manager was gonna be in, and I was told “he should already be here.” After waiting another 10 minutes I walked back in and told the salesman and his boss to have the GM contact me so we could resolve this issue. As of 8 pm 9 Feb 2024, the GM still hasn’t called or emailed me. I even sent a reminder to the salesman and he told me the he reminded the GM.

In my search for a new vehicle I visited many dealerships. Some of those I walked the lot multiple times even strolling through the showroom without a single salesperson acknowledging me. Very disheartening. I happened to drive by this dealership and said what the heck I'll give it a try. I was met by Desmond as I was getting out of my car. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable about his products. Showed me several vehicles and I just wasn't wowed and then he said have you considered Wagoneer. We looked at the Wagoneers and let me tell you they are beautiful. They beat everybody in towns trade in value and even threw in a few extras for my new car. Very satisfied. Go see Desmond. He is a very honest and super friendly guy. Will do his very best to get you the best deal possible.

Me and my husband went through them and if I could rate them 10 stars I would . James and will accommodated us in every way possible with the budget we had and the amount of room we needed . Our car was in the shop and we actually had no way to the dealer and James actually came and got us . Very accommodating and definitely won me over for future purchases. Would definitely recommend them to everyone I know . Will and James were very nice and pleasant as well as everyone else there ! Definitely will be returning in the future . Also I feel these two deserve a raise especially James ! Thank u for my used chevy trax she’s cute and I love her ! They also offered more for us than I’ve ever seen a dealership do ! Beyond satisfied! Good people , DO NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM ! ❤️

This was the worst experience I've ever had, by far !! They kept it a month, tore up more than they fixed, and charged me an outrageous labor cost. I'm sitting at another repair shop right now to try and get my truck fixed. Never again !!

UpdateI love my car however I'm very disappointed in the sales man and their service department.To get my car serviced, I have to drop the car of at their dealership early in the morning and I'm expected to leave it there for several days. I do not have any other transportation and when I asked about a loaner car I was told that they don't provide that.I was also sold a pre-maintenance and an extended warranty plan, which I was told came with all the oil change I need and anything else, including things like a new battery.This all turned out to be a big fat lie.Not to mention that when I did get an oil change done twice I sat for hours waiting.I guess that is one way to discourage me from using the few things that they actually say they will do.I will update this review again later with more details when I find my contract.There is even more to this story.

The sales representative we had was great our issue is with the service after the sale. Recently we purchased a new 2024 Chrysler Pacifica (November 4 2023) and with in two weeks the radio and screen stopped working. After making an appointment (November 20 2023) with them for the diagnostic (repair) we were assured that the radio and screen would be in, in two weeks. Today was supposed to be the day of the repair with new parts but somehow only the screen was ordered and when asked when the parts would be in to complete the repair they told us they did not have any information to when it would be in. We purchased a brand new lemon and are about to contact our lawyer this is ridiculous. We are unable to use any of the features from the screen display which in new vehicles includes some safety features. Do not recommend purchasing from them all they care about is $$$$$
