They were able to get me in the same day I called, but the part I needed for my vehicle did not come in a timely manner. I was able to get my car on Tuesday and I dropped it off on a Thursday. Service personnel were great letting me know the status, and I know they can’t control the parts issue.

Good service when you can get in. They assisted me this time with routine maintenance (52K check and radiator flush). It took multiple times of calling and leaving messages with no callbacks to finally get scheduled. This is out of character for this business because they’re normally very responsive. I chalked it up them being swamped with customers, which is a good sign. While there, I was treated well and provided two updates on the progress of my vehicle. I will continue to use this business for my maintenance needs and will recommend to friends.

Danny worked with us for a long time and got the deal done. He is very professional and never came off as pushy like other car salesmen that my wife has dealt with in the past. He made us feel very comfortable with every vehicle that he showed us. We even made him late for a cubscout event he was attending and still he never rushed us. You have a very good employee in him. Gator was a cool Finance manager as well...

Professional service always 100% satisfied every visit. What stands out to me is a young lady named Darla whom approached me as she was getting something from the vending machine whom worked there, she stopped and spoke to me. She said may I help you with anything or answer questions about anything. Very polite and even though she was on her break,she took the time to represent your business making me feel even more comfortable, that Sandy has employees that are willing to help with questions. Y’all went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be when buying a new vehicle. First off, our sales consultant Danny was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and just wonderful.But I feel like they were over-priced and some shady business going on. We were planning on paying cash and they wanted to run a credit check. Seemed highly suspicious. The warranty had loop holes galore and they didn't have a brochure with different tier levels. Just very shady feeling.I hope Danny can escape that shady dealership and find a straight up honest place to work.

I can tell you that I’m so unhappy with this whole process! My husband bought me a new car so I would have a safe, reliable ride for me and his kids. I have had nothing but problems with my 2023 Malibu! I have wasted a many mornings taking a new car back to the dealership to be worked on for multiple different reasons. I have had the computer screen glitch, the collision alert for no reason, the wipers wouldn’t go off(1 minute after turning off), automatic lights only work when they want to, I pressed the gas petal for nothing to happen (had to slam the gas pedal), my car was driving so badly on the interstate once I thought it was going to break down, and my car was jumping/hopping ( they had my car for 2 months). I got it back just yesterday… the backup camera looked like a fish eye first thing ( I should have just went right back in) and then my car still did the jumping thing before I even got home. I’m so disappointed, there is a GM mechanic coming in October to check out my car and I’m currently working to lemon law this car! I’m unhappy with the car and I’m unhappy with the service department. ( 2 months they had my car and no one called until about week 7) I would call them and was just told there was no update. I would NOT recommend this establishment because of my experience here! I tried to find out what the dealership could do for me( another vehicle). I told them I did not want my car to be a trade in ( I was wanting to know what they were going to do for me in the situation). Well all they did was do another credit check, say they would give me $10,000 less then I paid for my car, and much higher payment. Are you kidding me!!! ? If my car was running properly, I would not be in this situation in the first place. Now I don’t want this car!!!!!

Sunroof repair - This was the only dealership that had the part in stock I needed to fix my sunroof. They were also the best $ quote for repair of all other dealerships within 1 hour radius I priced. Chris V is the service person that helped me check part availability, scheduled my appointment, and took care of my truck when dropped off for the repair. Although the service dept was very busy while I was there, Chris treated me with respect and happily answered my questions.TLDR: Great customer service, great pricing, quality repair

Chris was/is my service person. He is great! Really, nearly all of the service people are pretty fantastic. They are really awesome about making sure their customers leave happy and thus ensure repeat business. I bought my car brand new from this dealership and they have done all of the repairs and routine maintenance on my car since that purchase. They also are really good about fixing any mistakes and make sure to keep things as fair as possible for the good of the business and the sake of the customer.

I purchased my Chevy Cruze from the dealership. All of my scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is performed there. It seems reasonable that the service department would have my contact information. It seems not. As I not called into the service department I would have not known that my vehicle service was complete and ready for pickup. This is not the first time this has happened. Also it would be customer friendly if the service department kept me in the loop with updates on the progress of my service when there’s going to be a delay in completing the job. Other than that, when the service department does get to the job, they get it done quickly and efficiently.

John Ross Benton made my wife and I feel very comfortable at the dealership. He treated us like family and listened to all our needs and helped us pick out a vehicle that was exactly like we wanted. James was an honest, thorough and hardworking salesman who got us the best deal he could and made sure that he was telling us accurate information. After the paperwork was signed he still made sure to reach out and fix a discrepancy that would’ve soured the deal for us, this was after already staying late. We would recommend to our family and friends!

Justin & Gator are AMAZING! After getting ran around all day from other dealerships, I spoke to Justin on the phone, and the vehicle we were looking for was at another lot. Justin went to pick it up and had it at their dealership, keys in hand, and ready for the test drive when we arrived. We arrived at 5:06pm. Justin & Gator went ABOVE AND BEYOND, staying late, to make sure our experience was great and the purchase of my husband's jeep went smoothly, all while having our 3 kids with us! We were so impressed! Amazing dealership! Highly highly recommend!!!!
