As a non-customer, I went in to see if I could cash a check. The woman that served me was stern, direct and quite frankly treating me like I had gone in to commit a crime. I was considering becoming a customer but she definitely made me change my mind. I’m a believer in treat people how you like to be treated. She needs some people skill courses.

They pick and choose who they wanna help… after giving 5 forms of identification it still wasn’t enough to make a withdraw. I will be closing my account and going elsewhere.. awful bank

Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe the service here. Can’t even send my banking mail to the right address are you kidding me?!? Reconsider banking here it’s a total nightmare.

I’ve been with Regions since 2010 and I’ve never had an issue with them even when I’ve had to go inside. The tellers are really nice, helpful, and always answer any questions I have.

Excruciatingly slow drive-through no matter which gate you go through. Same when one goes inside. Need more tellers to speed up the process.

This place causes a lot of inconveniences. I don't want to have to wait in the drive thru or go inside because of them shutting down the ATM. I sometimes need quick cash while in a rush and spend more time waiting just to get $20 The staff is wonderful and it's not their fault.
