DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!**This bank is a joke and all of the workers that work there are too. If it wasnt for my company using them, I damn sure wouldn't personally. I can break down a change order for a deposit to the cent (which i shouldn't have to because thats their job) and they still look at me like I've got 3 heads. This is a bank. These people deal with money, so why is it a monkey can do their job better than them?! I bring in a change order because I can't make change for a 20 so why would they give me 20s back with my change order?! Ive been shorted on more than one occasion. Every time I go, I have to double back and its a waste of my time that I don't have. Unfortunately that means I have to waste just as much time to use the branch in milton. Yall need to clean shop and get people that can actually deal with money and do their job right, not depend on your customers to do their job for them.

This is the worst banking experience ever, over such a simple thing. My bank is out of town, so I opened up a bank account here so I could have local banking abilities. Anyway, cleaned my car out and had a bunch of quarters was just gonnastop in to trade it out. Not so fast, had to have a driver's license and bank card. I raised my eyebrows, but ok. As I'm walking out to get them, the teller, who rolled her eyes at me upon mention of trading the quarters out began making snide remarks under her breath to the drive thru teller, who laughed. Coming back in the teller whined to the other teller about having to get the change counter. I mean is this not a bank? What kind of people are they hiring that they have zero people skills.I have never been treated so rudely in my life. They need to take the chair the teller is sitting in because she obviously needs to get off her lazy butt so she can do her job. This was over less than 20 dollars in change, all in quarters. I will never enter this establishment again, except to change my change. I will keep this account open solely for that purpose. I suggest everyone else does too. What a shame that with all the people needing jobs, that is who they choose to employ.Sincerely,Disgusted

Walk in the lobby into a black hole. If you wait 10 minutes to ask a teller a question and it needs a office member to help you they tell you to sit down and wait without informing a soul that you are there. So you sit until someone happens to walkout and ask if anyone needs help after 10-15 minutes. SMH ??

The business i work for banks with the pace branch. Staff is always friendly but the service speed is extremely slow and its not their fault. Whoever is controlling the schedule or "payroll" is incompetent for allowing only 2 and sometimes 1 person to run the window and lobby. Even on a monday or after a holiday they run short staff.

I hate Regions bank, their app is trash, mobile deposits don’t work and charge you a fee to use it the one time it does work. Then I have to out of my way to go to the physical bank and they said I have to tell them to put it in my account right away, I’ve never had a bank work the way Regions does and frankly, it’s awful. If you’re considering a new bank don’t let it be regions.

I have been banking through this location primarily for the last three years. They have always been good to me and very friendly. Recently my fiancée passed and when Morgan had called to check in to see if there was anything I needed with my banking support I kinda broke down and explained that was why. She was so kind and supportive. She has called a couple times since then (not too often where it’s annoying but often enough to feel valued) just to check in see if I need any banking support etc. She is always so professional while still making you feel like you’re talking to a friend or family member. In a world where customer service seems almost nonexistent she sets a great standard.
