I got a Uhaul and car tow. The gentleman who serviced me was helpful and kind. He assisted in the set up and guided me to have my car on the tow. I greatly appreciated his help.

Can say enough nice thing about Paul and all the staff at his shop. The quickest service and repair I've ever had. Pricing was fair and competitive with others and beat the pants of the local dealership for toyota. Great job and a great experience as well.

Take your car to G&L Auto Repair in Milton.
They were rude, unprofessional, and mis-diagnosed our car.
My wife's car had trouble starting shortly after moving to the area and we didn't know any mechanics here. So we took the car to Patterson's after seeing positive reviews on google. They said they would take a look at it and call me the next day. They never called, so I waited 2 full days and called. They said they were super busy and didn't have any ideas, but they would call the next morning with an update. After not receiving a call and waiting another day, I called and got the same response as before. We went through this cycle 3 times before deciding to take our car somewhere else. When I went to get the car, I was surprised that the workers seemed to be hanging around the shop with no cars on the lifts, even though on the phone they made it seem like they were absolutely swamped with work that week.
The guy at the check out was extremely unprofessional. On top of their misdiagnosis, they wanted to charge me for "cleaning spark plugs" that were less than a month old. When I told him that seemed unreasonable since they were brand new, he raised his voice at me saying I didn't know anything and that he "didn't need my business".
Since they treated me like they do not car about my business, and they literally told that to my face, I recommend you give your business to someone who cares about doing the right thing - like Jeremy at G&L Auto Repair, who we had an incredible interaction with following this awful experience at Patterson's.

I am always happy with the work that they perform. The have worked on several of my cars and a couple classics like my 66 Chevy Impala. I would suggest getting written estimates from "any" business for clarity. Paul is knowledgeable. fair and friendly along with his staff. The next time I need anything done, I will go to Pattersons!

To avoid this I suggest all estimates be in writing, it would help all parties for clarification. Paul and his crew are friendly polite and professional. I would go back without question. His attendant / secretary is awesome too.
