I was very satisfied with my experience at OReilly Auto Parts. Zach assisted me with my large order. He was helpful, friendly and courteous. I appreciated his advice on the parts I was buying. Zach helped me carry my order to my vehicle. I started shopping a this store in 2018. It has been my go to place for my automotive needs ever since.

Came to this location because I needed a battery replaced, the employee named Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me pick one out that matched my price range. I would hands down return to this location and ask for his assistance if I ever need another part.

my experience at my local store which should be very comforting walking into, but definitely is not because of a employee their name Zach very unprofessional very mouthy does not Know how to treat Customers had a question about a tool told me why would I want to help you excuse me correct me if I’m wrong but he’s there to help customers with parts and tools. Overall very disrespectful. I hope this guy loses his job. Someday he deserves it very unprofessional. And on top of that, my daughter with me thanks Zach now I gotta answer questions. Why so rude

Spend my life looking for parts I swear to God I'm here I'm there I'm everywhere looking for different parts for different things to do fortunately enough I come across the right place the right time and some places are nicer than others this was one of those places the gentleman helped me out and got me the parts I need it thank you again for being there when I needed you

It’s time to leave a review for this store. It’s my local store right up the road, they always have what I need and even know how to make the customers laugh. Steven has helped me out a few times when I’ve gone in, always polite and helps get the parts I need; rest of the crew there are great too. If they don’t have it they will get it. Recommend folks stop in here vs the other stores, you will find what you need and hear a good joke or two from the fellas behind the counter.

Awesome customer service, Barbara Ann was the best. I went in to get a battery for my remote fob and they were out. She suggested the Dollar tree next door first gold star for her. The Dollar store was out when I came out there she was with the battery that she kept looking for. Gold start number 2 and then she even replaced it for me while standing there Gold star number 3. In a world where customer service is a dying art form she still has it perfected. Will defiantly go to them when I need any auto supplies. The Best.
