After he was able to get my car going, he was kind enough to follow me to Pep Boys and then drive me back to my other car so I could drive myself home. Above and beyond what he needed to do!! “The people at the Milton FL location are the best. They're considerate and caring. Recently I moved into a retirement community and had to sort through 28 years of accumulated stuff. Things didn't go as planned. It rained daily during the final week of packing. Upon arrival at my new address I fell and couldn't do anything the whole weekend. I also still had things at my house.
I called and explained my circumstances and requested another 3 days. They were very nice and allowed me the time at a reasonable price instead of charging me for another 28 days.
What makes this mean so much to me is I'm 73 years old and can barely walk making the fall results even more painful and walking almost impossible.
