Bald driver in mobile attic truck almost ran me and my wife off the road in the rain and then flipped my wife off as he passed. Dangerous driving and unprofessional.

They never answer phone, always get answering serviceUPDATE ON THIS REVIEW AS OF 2022My original review was one star and complaint because back when I made first review I had left message countless times and no one returned my call so I don't know what was going on back then but later after summer of 2021 I was able to reach them and got mobile attics for my move and I still have those mobile attics at my new homestead. I have updated my review because I did receive good service as of October 2021 and on up until current time in February 2022.

I used them for a couple months till I had my shop built this was over 6 months ago. Well today 153 bucks magically was charged to my bank account I don't even have a pod anymore. I will be stopping payment on the account in the am. If it goes threw I'll be pressing charges for fraudulent use of my checking account.

My family used their services for a pod to store our belongings in while we were having our new home moved onto our property. We had the POD for one month, and was told that it would be $60 to drop the pod off, $174 for a months rent, and then $70 at pick up. We had our new home on our property and the pod unloaded within a months time, Friday being the end of the months time. I called on Monday to have them come pick their pod up and was asked since they did not have enough employees to send someone out to pick it up could they come out on Wednesday (of course, no problem as long as I am not being charged for it). I also asked since I had to call Lynn on Monday if I could get prorated for that Monday, which I was told was no problem whatsoever! They came out this last Wednesday to pick the pot up and here we are Monday, and I am being charged once again in my account! I called this morning and spoke to Natasha who said she was the office manager, she was very rude and unprofessional! She proceeded to tell me that the billing date goes for 28 days in the month and I would not be getting any of my money back! Although she had told me that I would get my prorated refund for the second month that they charged me for! So when they needed to use my property for storage for a couple days she told me whatever I wanted to hear so I would not have a problem with it and once they picked up their pod it was a different story....plain out lied! Put it this way, if you want to pay a total of $489.77 for their services for one month, and be lied to, then use them. That is what they took from my account for me having their pod for one months time! When I express my concern on the phone this morning to Natasha she told me that she could give me a credit, but to be aware for next time that I use them that this is all in the contract, but there will be no next time. I do not conduct business with dishonest and unprofessional companies. She credited me a total of $70 which should have been credited to begin with beings how they left their equipment at my home for 2 extra days because they were not properly staffed enough to come retrieve it!!! Very unprofessional, very dishonest, very rude, and I highly recommend you do not use this company!!!!

We were charged after 21 days instead of the 28 they said. I called and the girl who answered wasn’t helpful at all. She just kept telling me they bill every 28 days but wouldn’t do anything about me billed in 21 days. They picked it up from our old house and hit something in the yard. When we moved our stuff out at the new place, some of our stuff was scratched and looked like it had been tossed around. I called back and the girl was extremely rude and just asked me what “argument” did I want to have. She refused to help in any way. They apparently fired the driver who hit something in the yard but allow rude & incompetent people to answer their phones and deal with customer service. Will never use them again and would not recommend them!!
