Horrible customer service & every time I come up here my order is always wrong. A couple of weeks ago I stopped by around 10:15 ish, my sons crying hungry in the backseat. As I pull in another car pulls behind me but goes to the first lane. I patiently waited for them to get done ordering so i can order, even after they ordered I waited 5 more mins for someone to say anything. So I back up & pull forward so they’d notice me. When the lady come over the speaker she said “ I’m sorry we are closed “ so I pulled around & explained what happened, mind you my son is still crying bc he just wants chicken nuggets. She said or systems shut down & laughed at me as I asked for just one little chicken nugget box so he’s stop crying. I couldn’t believe how they did us, they need customer service training. &&&& If the girls handing out the food would focus on their job more than standing around laughing maybe I would get everything I ordered in my bag.

The woman working the drive-thru on Thursday night told my husband that your frappes do not contain any caffeine which is 100% inaccurate. This false information being provided has the potential to be very dangerous. Someone with a heart condition or any other medical condition that prevents them from having caffeine may be misled and put in serious danger. The woman also said you do not serve espresso, which again, is 100% inaccurate. You can't have lattes, macchiatos, and mochas without espresso. This McDonald's needs to educate their employees on menu items.

Once again, you can’t get our order right. Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal with no cheese. It has cheese on it. Also, ordered another quarter pounder deluxe meal. It was a plain quarter pounder with cheese. We call and get platitudes.
