Garbage customer service from management down. I had to go back in because the a gift card I bought wasn’t working and the store doesn’t answer their phone. The cashier, who was supposed to be a team leader, rudely told me there was nothing he could do and I’d need to call Nintendo. I asked him if he had a number to which he snarked, “there’s probably a number on the back of the card”. I couldn’t find it so I asked him to show me. When he couldn’t find it (because it’s not there) he rudely said, “do you want me to look for it? I’m just gonna google it….”I thanked the useless soul for his time and returned home to google this process, that for some reason can’t be handled in store….It turns out Nintendo has a whole process written out for this.So yes, shame on me for not researching a product flaw on my own. Shame on me for assuming the store I bought my product from would do anything to help me. Shame on me for hoping GameStop would hire anyone competent in communication or customer service.I wasted my time so you don’t have to waste yours. The walls are about empty and the people behind the counter are just drones with no personal ability to converse.

I was looking for an older title and they had it. The gentleman that was working the counter knew exactly where it was. Very helpful and a good price.

I give a 1-star review for 1 reason.The unpleasant continence of the sales clerk combined with his statement that ANYTHING I purchase carries a ZERO return policy.I will shop on Amazon or anywhere else to avoid this in-house rule. I vote with my money, and because of this, I will take my money elsewhere for all my future purchases.... and just like that, a customer is lost forever.

Don't buy any used or new gaming console do it if you want to pay double from original price and use gaming consoles they don't clean out and my used PS4 was 500$ and my PS5 was 700$

If i could go lower i would. I was told upon buying a warred for a stealth 600 xbox series x headset that if ANY ANY damages happened bring it back well it snapped and i went to get another one only to be told the warranty is if the sound goes out and no physical damages would be covered under the warranty 7 months later after i spent about $120 if i could give yall a 0 star i would honestly hope yall go bankrupt honestly

The girl that works there with the tattoos and glasses I guess she’s the only girl that works there. But she has very poor people skills. She’s very rude I stood at the counter while she was doing something for literally five minutes waiting on her to ask me if I needed help and she just stood there and I know she saw me and when she finally came to me she was very rude like I was inconveniencing her.
