Fortners replaced our roof and gutters and did an amazing beautiful job! There was a lot of confusion and obstacles due to the payment being through my insurance company as well as in the middle of the sale of our home. The project manager, Yenifer Panizo was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to help me figure everything out and complete the job on time. I would recommend Fortners Home Improvement for all your needs!

I contacted Fortner's Home Improvements to replace the roof on my house and it was the best decision I could have made. Yenifer came out and went over the estimate, material options and the details about how the whole process would go. The installers were professional and respectful of me and my property. Our actual roof replacement on our home was good, 96% clean up. I did step on the nail but I was trying to offer the workers water. The owner did offer to fix our aluminum fl room roof with guarantee, but after the very first rain it continued to leak. After 5 months of arguing, they came out and said it was not their problem and continued to blow us off. They refuse to offer us a refund and won't respond to our BBB complaints.Service: Roof installation

Our actual home roof was great; 96% clean up. I did step on a nail but I was trying to offer water to the workers.We asked them about our aluminum roof for our Florida room and they said they could fix it, they placed roofers tape on it, it continued to leak and after 5 months of trying to get them to come out, they said it was no longer their problem and would not offer us anything. They will not respond to our BBB or demand letters so be careful!

I contracted Fortner's Home Improvements to replace the roof at my house and it was the best decision I could have made. Jenny came out and went in details about how the whole process will go about replacing my roof from required permits, material options and estimated days to complete roof. She even explained the insurance claim paperwork my insurance company sent me and what I needed to do next. The owner, Chris came to check on the installation of roof and I can say from other estimates I received that his price was fair and that he really cares for his customers and employees. They did an extremely poor job on my elderly parents’ roof and there has been leak after leak and it took forever for the owner to come out and he wants $1800 more dollars on top of the $10,000 he was already paid to fix his incompetent roofers’ mistakes. Please choose a more ethical and competent roofer.
