A family member of mine was treated very poorly at this shop, caused more damage, didn't tell them, and let them drive away with children in the car which is extremely dangerous, then refused to give a refund. Stay far away.

I have been calling around town for tire and called this store for a price check and im half tempted to just go with them despite the prices because when I called I spoke to a man named James and he was just so kind , wasn't in a hurry or didn't speak to me as if i were d**** If anything he spent a good 10 mins giving all kind of knowledge about the tire i needed and the difference in sizes. He was so kind and patient . Im going with them just for that reason . Thank you James ! looking forward to doing business with y'all . (sorry for poor grammar and punctuation.)

Walked in to get a patch. I saw maybe three workers not really busy and one customer getting a tire. When I asked for a patch the lady at the desk was eating cereal and said we don't have time for you. This was the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I'm not the type to jump on Yelp and give reviews but this experience warrants a review. Just lost a customer for life. I guess her cereal was just too good to at least walk in the back and see if they had time. Drove literally less than a 1/4 mile down the street to Tires ETC. full of customers and I figured they wouldn't take me. The gentlemen at the front desk said "sure" we can take care of you, but it will take some time. They gained a customer for life.
