Go here, as it is advertising as an AUTHORIZED SHIP CENTER, lady us rude to begin with. Said they don't do FEDEX qr codes, have to have the label. While on phone with wife asking if she could send a label vs qr code, wife stated that it says it ok the email to use qr code at any authorized fedex shop center. Lady talks over to me, while dealing with another customers and states " we are not fedex"....I walked out and went to walgreens that fid it just fine , 1 mile from them. Also, NOT A FEDEX LOCATION

FedEx has one of the worst automated systems out there since there is no way to connect directly to a person. It asks for tracking number, but if it's a longer number it tells you it does not recognize and then disconnects. If I could, they wouldn't even get half a star from me with how poor their automated calling system is at this time.
