Both employees that helped me were amazing. Dean helped me at the checkout when I was struggling with self checkout and was so patient and helpful. And the young lady that was stocking helped me more than once find what I needed and was so sympathetic with me recently being injured on a car accident. She went above and beyond offering to help me get my items and knew where everything was. They both not only greeted me but were so kind and wished me a safe evening and Merry Christmas. She found the items I could not and smiled often even as I felt to be a burden. They were both amazing!

Wasted half a day trying to get my husband's post surgery meds. Pharmacist refused to fill a legitimate prescription because he wanted clarification as to why it was needed. Called doctor office and they said they'd take care of it and to go pick prescription up. 3rd trip, said they still haven't talked to the doctor but now they're questioning the dosage! I asked to get the prescription back. Took it to Publix and they had it filled in 30 minutes. So happy our insurance is changing preferred pharmacy the 1st of the year. CVS is the worst!

I've been coming here a long time and it's always been this way. But, this pharmacy has the worst customer service. I get anxiety every time I have to pick up my sons medicine. They're never friendly or polite and they make me feel like I'm a huge inconvenience to them just because I pulled up to the window. Like, how hard is it to smile and say hi?

Worse pharmacy ever. Waited half a half hour in drive-thru for them to say they don't take insurance through the window. Came inside and waited another half hour. Google says less busy than usual.

It always takes long in the pharmacy,make sure you have text and don't go pick it up till they text you that it's ready.

Dean was SO was a delight!! I'd just come from Santa Rosa Medical Center & was HAPPY they were open & able to fill my rx for me, but as I waited I did have some questions & he was so knowledgeable + a welcoming personality that I saw w every person that was coming & going! That's truly not a quality that we find in many places anymore! (Especially w/ that shift, it's a 50/50 shot one will get a nice person & he shared his simple goal w a genuine smile & said he just wanted to help ALL who came there & if he could put a smile on their face & make ANYTHING special, he was happy to do it!! You're a great find Dean! Thanks for your time & help... until next time ☀️❣️

You can get almost everything you need plus it's open 24 hrs. If you have questions about medicine or illness there's a pharmacist on duty also 24 hrs that is always helpful in your quest.

I've always had a positive experience here with the staff. Always friendly and helpful. The wait in the drive-thru is sometimes long but still always a good experience.

Arrived around 10:30am for walk in covid booster. Was turned away because " won't open a new bottle" went across the street to Walgreens and they are booked up with no availability. Makes you wonder? Would a bottle be wasted?

Absolutely the worst CVS under the sun. Sloppy and you can guarantee the 25 minute wait to pick up something as a single prescription. Don't waste your time here

If I could give a negative number I certainly would. I've been coming here a while and in recent years their service has become so terrible it unbeleivable. My husband has been waiting almost two months for his medication to come in they supposedly put his name on a list and we we're assured that once the medication came in we would be notified it's almost the close of month 2 and he tried calling could not get anyone on the phone so he went in and it was admitted in front of him that they have had it in it was actually another medication all together that was on back order so instead of giving him his full prescription the pharmacy staff continued with the current lie she told my husband and gave him 7 doses still continuing to claim they we're out after another pharmacy staff mentioned they had it in stock. My problem is even if that we're the the case at one point this month you had enough to fill my husband's script that he has been waiting on for almost 2 months but are now almost out because you chose not to notify him keep in mind he's on an out of stock list and was to be notified as soon as they had more in. Some of their staff are truly fantastic, but very few of them now. I hope they get recognized for their wonderful service but as a whole this pharmacy is horrible most of the pharmacy staff are rude and judgmental it's out right offensive. So I recommend spending a little more gas money and go somewhere that deserves your hard earned money. Somewhere that understands that we're not just customers but people in need of our medication. We don't need gate keepers who know nothing about us as patients or as people.
