Absolute garbage pharmacy can’t do 1 damn job and that’s to transfer the prescriptions. And delay treatment ! It’s not okay and they need to do better . Neglecting to do your job and keeping someone from getting treatment should come with some neglect charges!

I waited in line to get my medicine 50 minutes the other day. before I even got to the window, I knew it was an older lady that was working and guess what, I was right. Every time I'm in line and it goes fast and I get up to the window, she's not working. But every time I have to wait in line for so long, I get it to the window and she's there. No excuse for such slow service. Replace that employee was somebody that can produce work quicker. I'm old so I'm not picking on her because of her age but it's because she has no motivation and just drags.

They are always slow and closed randomly for lunch at time which is crazy because the day they are open 24 hours

This is the first time that I have Visited this location and I had a banner printed. Now, the banner quality was wonderful and looks great. Great price and fast service. That being said the true quality here is the employees. Ramoni (I really Hope I’m spelling that correctly) was fantastic and very eager to help. There were multiple things happening working against him when other customers and myself were checking out and the situation was handled perfectly! Great asset to this location.

I like the CVS on Caroline Street. It is clean and the employees are friendly and always willing to help. I have used the CVS minute clinic at this location several times and have always gotten excellent care!

Wait times are horrendous here, would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Takes 30 mins with 2 cars in drive through. Inside isn’t much better, always a line and one cashier. Been my pharmacy for a long time but might need to switch. I dread coming to pick up meds

I came here at 3 Am after being at hospital all night their system was down until 3:30 tired so I left guy says come back tomorrow so I’m here and now being told we are closed for lunch and his finishing up with the people that was already here it’s 1:30 exactly my prescriptions are ready Why does everyone in your department take lunch at one time very inconvenient and definitely not good customer service I will be changing to Walgreens or Walmart just sad !!!

Go here if you want consistently LONG wait times of close to 30 mins each time. They never have more than one tech at the register and the line winds down the middle of the store. Unfriendly and condescending PharmD's. I'm done with them, switching to Publix where they are FRIENDLIER, CHEAPER and QUICKER!
