Recently my fiancée passed and when Morgan had called to check in to see if there was anything I needed with my banking support I kinda broke down and explained that was why. She was so kind and supportive. She has called a couple times since then (not too often where it’s annoying but often enough to feel valued) just to check in see if I need any banking support etc. She is always so professional while still making you feel like you’re talking to a friend or family member. In a world where customer service seems almost nonexistent she sets a great standard.”
