When my AC went out, I was having no luck getting in. I had called here, and left a message. They called me back within 30 minutes and was able to get me in right away. The part showed up before I even left and showed me exactly what was wrong. I lucked out not finding anyone else, as I'll only use them for my AC issues from now on. Highly recommend them!

Took my motorhome in for dash a/c/ not cooling. He inspected it, then evacuated and recharged with reclaimed R-134 and determined the drier and expansion valve needed replaced. He did not have the parts in stock and stated it would be three or four days before the parts would be shipped. I advised that in preparation for a trip to the midwest I needed to do other work on the motorhome at my home (10 minutes away) while waiting for parts to arrive. His secretary required I leave a $'100 deposit to take my vehicle home. Four days later his secretary called and advised the parts had arrived. I returned with the vehicle and he stated it would be about two hours to finish with job. Shortly after two hours I was advised he had finished, and the bill was $1,026.09! The parts was $ 343.96, and labor was a whooping $600.00! The invoice indicated he charged me $100 TWICE to evacuate the system, and $400 for labor. Had air conditioning repaired last month for $500, not even a whole month since repair, and now air conpresser is broken.. which will be an additional $1500 repair job. Very unprofessional service. My fiance called around inquiring and comparing different quotes & when speaking to the guy who works there, his phone died. Once his phone was plugged back in and turned on this man was calling and made it a point to let him (my fiance) know he was a dick for wasting his time. (Cause the phone call disconnected when it died) Terrible service. & if you have something repaired be very careful, more than likely something else will break very shortly after.

I recently got a kitten and it got stuck in my dashboard in my car! Auto air was called by the fire department to see if they would help with removing my kitty and they did a wonderful job! Didn't take long, and the kitten was out in no time! Professional and helpful business! I will be a returning customer.
