“I began renting a storage unit the beginning of August from Economy Storage. It had to be the busiest time of the year with students moving back to town. Jeremy at Economy helped us secure a unit even though they were sold out. He has always been helpful, professional, friendly, and kind from the very first time we called inquiring about a unit. We moved out of our unit on Saturday. Jeremy called today still being helpful, kind, friendly, and professional. “We truly had a great experience with Economy Moving and Storage. When I contacted the company to schedule our delivery the young lady was pleasant and efficient. They gave us an 8 hour window but the gentleman called an hour before in the morning and told us the precise time that he would be there. Our delivery came in 3 very large, heavy boxes and he made it as easy as possible for us. He went out of his way to make sure that we didn't either kill ourselves or damage the product getting it down our wooded driveway to our car port. Thank you, Economy (and especially our driver), for making our delivery so easy for us.”

“Very great price although I will say the reason for the 4, instead of 5 star is indicative of the fact that the locking mechanism is horrendously obnoxious, I spent a solid 5 minutes trying to get the lock lined up with the door and I promise you 5 minutes doing that feels like an hour. The space throughout the facility is ideal and there is sufficient room to make entry and exit even with multiple cars parked throughout the facility of their respective storage units. They also have outlets in the units to plug fans in, which was ideal. Overall, I am still using this storage for another month, but would likely use again in the future for storage.”
