Delayed delivery 2 days. Guy was extremely argumentative about installation...asked what "white tube" (drainage) was for. Didn't really know how to install. After being without washer under warranty for 4+ months, I told him to swap out and domestic Partner would hook up. Better teach your guys customer service! They also left trash in my yard. Not good.

We had a refrigerator delivered yesterday by Chaz and Charles and they couldn’t have been more professional and or polite! The two gentleman are an asset to your company. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

I had a dishwasher delivered today by Exclusive Enterprise. It arrived during the pre-arranged slot of time with a call ahead phone call that the truck and installers were nearby. The dishwasher was installed with no trouble. The two delivery men were very cordial and knowledgeable. They removed the non-working dishwasher and headed to their next delivery.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher at Home Depot in August. It was scheduled for delivery in early September but because it wasn’t available yet the delivery was pushed to late September. We waited all day for our delivery only to receive a phone call from the truck at 7 pm saying it was too dark to deliver. The next delivery date was scheduled and they called saying the truck broke down. On the next delivery date they called to say the electrical switch wasn’t put on the truck and they couldn’t install without it. On the next try they finally installed the dishwasher but not only was it installed wrong, they failed to attach the kick plate. We paid an additional $125 installation by a third party to have it installed correctly. Home Depot needs a new delivery company.

Had a refrigerator delivered today with no problems. The delivery guys were very polite and very professional. They were right on time and setup was quick and easy. They were very helpful, fast yet thorough. I would recommend them to everyone.

Can I give #ExclusiveEnterprises less than one star? Quite frankly, if they were to go out of business, the southeastern US would be a much better place.I ordered a dishwasher through Home Depot early in November of 2021, and the delivery/installation was scheduled for 11/26.11/26 rolled around, and the dishwasher was actually delivered and partially installed. The installer incorrectly wired the dishwasher (the hot wire was connected to the neutral). He also left the wire nuts off the wiring, left the cable clamp off the wiring box on the front of the dishwasher, and failed to put on the kick plate.This left the dishwasher in a non-working state, and if I had tried to turn it on, it would have created a fire hazard.Let me repeat that-the dishwasher, as installed by a Home Depot contractor, was a fire hazard if the breaker had been turned on.It took me several tries, including contacting the Better Business Bureau, the state attorney general's consumer protection division, and disputing the charges on the credit card. This finally got Home Depot's attention, and the issue was escalated.Today, 12/7 (eleven days after the initial installation) the Exclusive Enterprises finally made it back and corrected the installation. I had to show the installer what an electrical cable clamp was (it clamps the cable to the electrical junction box on the dishwasher so the wiring doesn't rub and short out against it). I also had to supply a flashlight, wire nuts, and tools so the "installer" could correct the existing "installation".Needless to say, I will never, ever, allow Exclusive Enterprises into my home again. Their employees are rude, unprofessional, and have zero knowledge of how to install appliances.

After waiting a month for them to finally show up for the delivery of my microwave, they ripped out the ventilation hose during the installation and NEVER came back to fix this. They will not respond to the claims department (insurance company) to accept responsibility of the damage. So now I have to pay to have this fixed and pursue them in court for the cost! They shouldn’t even be in business!

After already waiting a month for this to be shipped from Samsung I had to wait another month because this outfit damaged the dryer that we ordered. Once they finally got here, by the way they didn't call before like they were supposed to, they didn't have the materials they needed to install it and one individual from the delivery team started randomly walking around my house with only my wife home and made my wife very uncomfortable and nervous. After pulling out our old dryer and realizing they didn't have the parts, they left and our old dryer is sitting in the middle of our laundry room disconnected. This outfit is very low professionalism and I just went ahead and canceled the whole order.I didn't want to deal with this place again. In addition when you call their office to reschedule or rearrange things they never call you back nor answer..
