The woman working today at 730 p.m. was disrespectful by allowing her “sweet babe” (the words she used when she waved him to follow her) to skip the line to get his beer which he didn’t have all the money for and she went into the break room to get the extra money out of her purse. When it was finally my turn, I asked if she saw me standing there first and she made up some excuse that the man was in the store first and that they had been talking while she was stocking the candy area. The man was standing behind me. I informed the lady how it was rude and disrespectful to the rest of us who were waiting to take her boyfriend/friend. She made a rude comment “who cares”.

This store has a very young manager who is the worst person when it comes to customer service. There is always an issue with her and it got to the point that I will pass her store and go into the city just to avoid her. I go in tonight n purchase 4-6 pack 20oz Pepsi (4/$13) and 2-8 pack Gatorade (2/$13) and they all came up regular price. Well she gave me a refund so we could re scan them and see why the sale didn’t go through. Well the refunded amount was not the same as my original receipt and when I asked why she said, “I don’t understand the receipt and I can’t do anything about how much the refunded. So she proceeded to re scan the drinks and again they scanned in regular price. The new total was $34, mind you she just refunded me $35 so I tell her it should only be $26 before tax and she proceeds to raise her voice at me and I really had to talk to Jesus bc she has lost her mind because math isn’t mathing. You guys really need to do something about this girl because she is very rude and disrespectful.

Whoever manages this store is not on the top of their game none of their lights on the outside including the sign work not a good look for DG and could be a potential lawsuit I do not feel comfortable stopping there to shop in it's current condition

Sometimes this store will surprise you. I just wish someone would change the price tags so you are not shocked when you get to the register. The staff is friendly but sometimes you are surprised at what you might find.
