Unfortunately this is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. If you have other options please go elsewhere. After spending 5-10 minutes thru the automated system to get thru to the pharmacy, just to be placed on hold 10+ more times when the call rings thru to someone then to get hung up on in the end with out any dialogue with anyone at the pharmacy. This is the most horrible customer service experience ever. Especially when you attempt to refill medication thru their app and the app directs you to call the pharmacy to get it processed. This is likely horrible personnel management and staffing. For such a large business this is sickening.

The pharmacy staff at this particular store is awful! They are slow, and unhelpful. More often than not, when you approach the pharmacy, either from inside the store, or from the drive through, the staff will finish the conversation they are having with each other before ever acknowledging the customer. Make sure you have at least 20 minutes to kill when you use this pharmacy for anything.

Is everyone in this town needing medicine now? WTH. All of a sudden there's always a bunch of cars at the drive-thru and it takes 5-10 minutes per vehicle.

Never had any problems with this location & my friend goes there on a regular basis to get diabetic supplies because they almost always have what's needed, unlike some other pharmacies.

I've been coming to this store/pharmacy for several years but haven't ever needed help from pharmacy. Today came in to the store in a panic after my 1 year old son started having an allergic reaction, his face was red and swollen with welts, and I brought him up to the pharmacy counter and asked the person behind the pharmacy counter where the childrens benadryl is, they just said "its behind you" and walked away. After a while found what I thought was the right bottle and brought it to the pharmacy and they just said no, that not right, but didn't offer to help. No one helped even though I was obviously panicked and on the verge of tears (and toting a toddler with a red, welted, swollen face). Finally a customer noticed how distraught I was and that no one was helping so she helped me find it.

You will go around in circles for 30 minutes waiting for someone in pharmacy to answer your call. It wasn't always this way, only more recently. They will pick up the phone and then hang up on you again so you go back into queue. They will do it over and over again. And you will never get your answer. You'll end up driving all the way there and have to ask them in person a question that could take 5 seconds over the phone. Walgreens should provide additional support to their pharmacy staff so they can better support their customers.

I’ve left a review before concerning ‘timeliness’ of my MUCH NEEDED medication. But, after that experience of 3 of the Pharmacy Staff being completely rude on the phone, now I hae a second problem. This problem, I did not even bother to voice because of what happened last time.I had my monthly dr appt a good week prior to when my medication actually needed to be filled. My medication is given monthly and ONLY contains the amount that I need monthly. So, it’s imperative that I receive it in a timely manner.I had received my text msg from my pharmacy that I will recrive my medication on Friday, September 29th. When I hadn’t received a text statin* ‘it is ready for p/u’ around noonish, I called at 1:20 p.m.The polite lady said when they return from lunch, they will fill my script and about an hr later it will be ready for p/u. Two hours later, I received a text stating ‘we are out of your medication and will fill it soon.’ Then, a day or two later, a new text stated that I will recrive my medication on Oct 3rd. THAT IS 5 DAYS LATE!Now what am I supposed to do?I am livid, however I’m not calling them because they will verbally insult me, or pass me off to a superior who will verbally insult me ( believe me, I’ve been here before and this is what they do.It is October 1 as I write this. NO MEDICATION YET.BTW, they knew a week prior that a script was ordered and whoever does their ordering dropped the ball.THIS IS 100% TRUE!

The absolute WORST pharmacy staff imaginable. Incompetents misplaced my copay card then claimed then gave it back after trying to make me pay more for an insurance copay as opposed to using the copay card only. Will NEVER use them again!

July 2023 by Ms J
I am writing a review on Pharmacy of Walgreens on the corner of Cty Rd 228 & Blanding Blvd.I have been having to call monthly to remind the pharmacy to fill my monthly 28 day medication cycle. For example: My last script was dated 05/31/2023. 28 days from then is June 28.Today is July 1.I want to insert here, I’ve very rarely had a problem with Walgreens pharmacy. If I have, it was a very minor reason.I have, in the past spoken with a male Pharmacist ( on the phone) and he was very cordial.Today, I called and explained the above to a young lady whobtold me they don’t go by the 28 day cycle, but go by p/u date if the orior month. I explained that doesn’t make sense, because if my husband is late picking it up ( by a few days) doesn’t mean MY SCRIPTS WEREN'T DUE AT 28 days. Here is my mindset.Every 28 days, picked up or not, I am due ( and should have my medication ready) EVERY 28 days. The first young lady stated ‘well, according to your last month pick up date, you should still have medication unless it’s not taken properly.’The remark made me so angry.I, of course, do have medication and I have NEVER EVER MIS-TAKEN my medication. I have gone to Coastal Spine & Pain for 8 yrs. Dr Greene just told me on my last visit that I am one of his ‘star’ patients. So, to imply that I am ‘over taking’ my medication is assuming and it’s disrespectful. So, I was upset. I called back and talked to another young lady and she went through the same thing again and implied the same thing again. So, I asked to speak to her manager.A young lady identified herself as the ‘General manager.I told her, ‘I understand .. I am educated with a college degree. I think I can count to 28 days’So, YES I DO HAVE EXTRA MEDICATION.NO I DONT OVERUSE MY MEDICATION.She said they are ‘doing me a favor by giving it to me a day early.’She also implied I ‘shouldn’t be out of my medication.’I’m not!I resent the IMPLICATIONS of all 3 of these women. My reason for this review is:1: These 3 women implied I was mis-taking my medications.2: I AM ENTITLED TO MY MEDICATION MONTHLY. THE TURN AROUND TIME FRAME FOR MY MEDICATIONS IS: 28 DAYS.PERIOD! End of subject! So what if my husband is late picking up my medications..I AM ENTITLED TO HAVE MY MEDICATIONS READY EVERY 2 days regardless! And these women talking to me like I’m an idiot is RUDE & UNCALLED FOR.Al i want is my medication EVERY 28 days!I am posting 2 picks to back up my explanation. You can plainly see that I have extra medication and you can plainly see if has been 31 days since the date on my bottle… until today, July 1! My concern is that I am having surgery on Wed, July 5 th and there is a reason I need it now.. today. Because I am TRYING to have all of my business handled prior to my surgery daye.Yes, I understand that I will have it tomorrow. My POINT IS I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL EVERY SINGLE MONTH SEARCHING FOR MY MEDICATION.How come the folks at at that pharmacy refuse to understand my explanation which is ( once again I will say it:). I AM ENTITLED TO RECEIVE MY MEDICATION EVERY 28 DAYS. I don’t care if the sky falls, if there’s a natural disaster, if anything bad should happen ( ' including the fact that my husband may be a few days kate in picking it up. As long as I go to my monthly and it is sent to Walgreens monthly… then MY MEDICATION SHOULD BE READY FOR PICK UP EVERY 28 DAYS.I have tried to explain this simply to avoid hearing the same song.I am attempting to explain so ‘someone / anyone ‘ can understand what I am saying without accusing me if ‘using my medication up and implying ‘you should still have your meds!’ I DO STILL HAVE SOME!I AM TRYING TO GET MY BUSINESS HANDLED PRIOR TO MY SURGERY AND EVERY SINGLE 28 DAYS MY MEDS SHOULD BE READY FOR PICK UP.If you send me an email address, I’ll be happy to share the photos. I was unable to share them below
