If you’re repeatedly having issues with this pharmacy the Walgreens on Knight Boxx is good. I have not been to the pharmacist in years and he still remembers me!

This place is the worst pharmacy ever! I have been going here for a long time and every month they have some new rule as to why I can not get my prescriptions on time. This month they won't let me pay out of pocket to get my prescription which who has ever heard of such a thing. I can't pay for a prescription. Even though I called a little while ago and requested it and was told it would be ready in a little while and I would receive a call back when it is ready. Then I get a text saying it is being delayed due to insurance. So I call and the girl says that I can't pay out of pocket for my prescription which is nuts. They need to get it together down there.

I wouldn’t recommend getting your prescriptions filled at this location based on the professionalism of the manager of the pharmacy at this Location. Completely unprofessional and very rude over the phone go to literally any other Walgreens

Where do you hire y'all social butterflies from hell? Wow what great personality y'all have the rudest people ever they are so incompetent. Straight ignorant and I hate to say that about people but they are and they treat you this way because what are you going to do. It's not like there's 10 pharmacies in your area like car washes. How in the hell they have three stars is beyond me???

I dont know what has happened to this place but they have dropped the ball on my rxs more times than I can count. Not to mention the staff I have dealt with are uncaring and rude. I am definitely looking into a different pharmacist. ? its sad cause ive been going to them for well over 15 years.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been too! I quit Walgreens years ago because their staff is incompetent. I had to go back due to insurance reasons.

This is the slowest Walgreens I’ve ever been to, I have to come here every month because it’s the preferred pharmacy on our insurance. If I call them, I get put on hold multiple times for a minimum of 45 minutes. My wife was the first car in line today and she waited 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged she was there. The cars behind her gave up and went inside and got their medication while she was still sitting at the window watching them. I do not recommend this location for anything!!

Disappointed to say the least. This is the second time that they have made me wait an extra day for me to get my prescription refilled. I'm going to be changing my prescription service as soon as I can. This is something that I don't want to run out of because of chronic pain that will never improve. And it shouldn't be a surprise that I'm refilling this. And it shouldn't be something that they "run out" of.
I feel strongly that corporate should be performing an audit on their constant process failures.

Picked up my husband's prescription at this time he doesn't have insurance the lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and so kind she went above and beyond to help find an online coupon to lower the cost of the prescription it was very expensive wish I would have got her name

Read the reviews and go somewhere else. It is the pharmacist that has zero customer service skills. She told me today that my prescription that I ordered on Tuesday (today is Sunday) isn’t ready and it is a partial because I am not the only one that takes that medication. Basically told me too bad figure it out. Terrible!
